  • Take a ride in the original Evo! This 1993 Lancer Evo I has been built as a track day weapon, and while it may not have mirror finish paint, it more than makes up for it with outrageous handling and response. The original 4G63 2.0L turbo engine is retained with some impressive modifications to manage heat.

The perfectly sized TD05 and exhaust manifold twin scroll setup really helps the low and midrange. I know because I have an evo with an aftermarket T3/T4 and its noticably slower from 2-4k. I think the RS models have less turns lock to lock. With a softer OEM style spring and a normal non outrageous organic clutch they are fine for daily.

BUT....if you get correct piece, it will have 4WS system, 2.0T engine and if you get real lucky, even LSD on that front axle. Really wierd feeling of driving heavy car trying to be small and light...and it kinda works. With another feature, SHORT 6 gear gearbox limiting you at 205KPh, you can have some thrill even with like 220HP or whatever that thing makes. Excellent video! Man, that Evo 1 is a beast! Sounds mean as hell man. I still can't believe this car weighed a bit over 2800 pounds (GSR model) with that kind of power. Even the RS model, it's basically 1,000 pounds lighter than the Evo X too! the Evo 123's are my favorites. Plus, lots of engine/trans stuff can always be replaced with the DSM stuff if you really need it too! :D

it's hard to let it go but suddenly the buyer just part out the whole car.
it really breaks our heart because it so hard to find those item and then that happen

I bought my first car a month ago, 1993 lancer (not evo). I have been staring at your gas gauge and noticed you're even consuming less gas than me :( this car has a 4g93 (1.8) engine, but it has a problem in terms of gas consumption. If I drove like aggressively like you from start to finish, my gas would've been way below the middle line. so frustrating
