As someone who has struggled with eating disorders for years, can I just say that these kinds of videos are so inspiring! I have been reading about intuitive eating because it was recommended to me by my eating disorder therapist as a way for me to reset my food mindset. I love that you are clearly on a fitness journey and trying to lose weight, while also openly enjoying food and seeing food as the nutrients to keep your body energized. Not restricting, but choosing what your body needs to feel good.
Look at Ri, looking gorgeous, vibrant, and healthy 😍. Makeup on point, nails (both sets ☺️) fire, curls bouncy, melanin poppin, food seasoned. You can do all that and people will still have something to say. Send them to in-school suspension (block) and focus on the rest of the class (all of us) who adore you 🫶🏾🍎

I do something similar for avocado toast. I have this little jar of crunchy garlic mixed with almonds in chili oil. It’s sooo good. I spread some in the pan and cook my eggs in it and just add pepper. It’s meant to be like a sushi “seasoning” so it’s pretty salty already.

Someone mentioned, no oil to cook salmon. Salmon is a very fatty fish and if u are watching your calories, you don’t need to use oil to cook it. I use a quick spray of cooking oil to sear it in a hot pan and I finish it off in a very hot pre-heated oven for just a few minutes. Sometimes I pop it in the air fryer to either crisp cook it or I use the grill plate in my air fryer to grill it. It’s delish without oil.

I was a Vegan for 2 year’s never again went to do blood work everything was off and I have never had blood work so bad I was lacking so many vitamins. Also, it takes longer to get the vitamins and proteins off of plants you have to do it for about 5 years and above to start seeing results but yeah I wouldn’t do it again.
Lol! I didn’t start liking sweet potatoes until about two years ago. I still am not in love with them but I try to eat them because they say it’s good high in nutritional value.

I just found your channel. Me personally, i would still weigh on a scale that oat creamer and the avocado because those things can be calorically dense and i promise you that you poured more than you think with the creamer. And then the Avocado i usually get a small Avocado or do half of a medium one = 35-45g. It can get pretty high in calories and fat with Avocado. Just my personal experience if you are serious about weight loss. ❤ new sub!

Also, it takes longer to get the vitamins and proteins off of plants you have to do it for about 5 years and above to start seeing results but yeah I wouldn’t do it again.

I just found your channel. Me personally, i would still weigh on a scale that oat creamer and the avocado because those things can be calorically dense and i promise you that you poured more than you think with the creamer. And then the Avocado i usually get a small Avocado or do half of a medium one = 35-45g. It can get pretty high in calories and fat with Avocado. Just my personal experience if you are serious about weight loss. ❤ new sub!

All the weight went on my stomach (unexpectedly) and not my hips and butt like it usually does when I gain weight.
