Building this kind of metro stations, sport stadiums, shopping malls in old urban communities must be very difficult, so i used to think China takes the other way around, by building new cities (so called ghost cities by western media) and moving people to the newly developed area and giving up the old town. Now i realise i am wrong. China do upgrading the old communites to. Love and respect from a Taiwan born Chinese now stations in Hong Kong. Happy Chinese New Year 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Amazing contrast of the high tech, modern metro station and the peaceful rural surroundings ! Another great production Adam. Very interesting. Thanks for sharing. ❤
The metro station is like the visual caffeine, which brightens you up in your busy daily routine. The mix of old brick replica and metallic structure is surprisingly harmonious. The temple is the fragrant green tea you enjoy while relaxing. The calmness and charm almost induce sedation. Thanks mate for this tasteful video.
I like your description! Thanks again 👍✌️ I think the visual caffeine / diversity is interesting. I remember the architect of the 1000 trees project in Shanghai mentioned visual diversity and how this kind of interesting design can have benefits to peoples mental health too.
We, in Toronto, have a light rail project that is going on already for 14 years (yes, fourteen, no typo here) and is only 19 KM (nineteen) in length. Imagine the cost overrun ... As someone here typed: China in in a league of its own.
Cheers 👍 Thank you very much 🙏🏻 It was a tricky shaped station to try and find angles to film from but also fun to experiment! yeah maybe I will try uploading there , I have an animal rescue account on there but I guess I could upload videos too to try to drive more traffic to help find animals homes.
Yeah, what surprises me is that even much smaller cities still all have some incredible architecture and infrastructure, the scale of it all is hard to believe unless you see it with your own eyes.
@ yeah, the worlds longest bridge isn't far from Nanjing, I may make a video in the future. I do have a different bridge video coming in the next week or 2 though.
The long march that began in 1934 continues to this day. China lights the way for the 21st century. Thanks for this beautifully made video. Perfect choice of music too.
Yeah the dragon scale design and lighting is cool. Because it’s the Chinese New Year holiday here. The biggest annual human migration in the world takes place during Chinese new year with as many as 2 billion trips taking place as hundreds of millions of people travel to their home towns or the countryside to be with families and friends.
Not at the moment because the New Year Holiday began already. People are already home. Travel begins weeks before the holidays, trains sell out fast for many weeks as workers migrate across the country back home. It’s a great time to be in the city, everywhere is quieter than usual. The only downside is more restaurants etc close.
Yeah the temple and inside the station are. True, the entrance is less impressive, I guess they probabaly have some more work to do in the area around the station entrance outside.
Yes they pay me $6000000 per video…… 🤑💰💸💵💶The only very small amount of money I make is UA-cam ad revenue, but I generally spend more making the videos, licensing the music, parking, visiting the places, etc, than I earn. I try to make peaceful videos sharing my experiences and any information I find that might be of interest.

China is simply in a league of its own! Respect! 🇨🇳
Thanks for watching 👍
As a Chinese person, I am still moved by your documentary. Thank you, it’s the China of my dream.
Thank you very much ✌️😀
It's both futuristic and traditional. Thanks for sharing!
Yeah, it's an interesting blend of both. Thanks for watching!
Happy Chinese New Year.
Happy Chinese New Year!🧧

Yh it’s a unique design! Thanks for watching 👍

It is very pretty! Yep, it sure is. Thank you very much 🙏🏻👍✌️

Interesting description of a fascinating place ❤
It's beautiful and quiet.
Yeah, it’s especially quiet now during the New Year holiday.
Incredible cinematography Adam
Cheers, thank you very much 🙏🏻👍
Fantastic!
Thanks for watching ✌️
Chinese railway station looks better than Australia's new $11 billion international airport in Sydney and still not finished after 8 years😅😅

👍 keep going...good format n content ❤️ 🙏
Thanks a lot, I will try 😁🙏🏻👍❤️✌️
Looks much better than american airport… amazing blend
American airport are really outdated and nothing compares to China. Not only China even Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand airport are better.
China is building these places nowadays simply because it can. 😮
Yeah, what surprises me is that even much smaller cities still all have some incredible architecture and infrastructure, the scale of it all is hard to believe unless you see it with your own eyes.
Looks like there are more people taking pictures than waiting for trains.
Yep, because It’s the Chinese New Year holidays
It's worthwhile going on a holiday to China just to visit some of the underground metro train stations 😮😅
Haha it’s crazy to think that you could and you wouldn’t be disappointed!
I would too just to check out all the bridges. All the record breaking bridges.
@ yeah, the worlds longest bridge isn't far from Nanjing, I may make a video in the future. I do have a different bridge video coming in the next week or 2 though.

0:26 I thought it is rice paddy at the beginning, but it turns out to be a playground 😅😅😅😅
😂 yeah
这个站应该是新开通的 11 月刚去过南京 错过了 不过建议你拍新街口地铁站 然后和这个清凉山地铁站做个对比 那反差会很强烈 哈哈 新街口地铁站感觉就是通往整个宇宙的中心
Haha Yeah, I made a video at Xinjiekou a long time ago, it’s a crazy station! I might film there again sometime
I love plastic tiles and LED lights as much as anyone but why is it so empty? Was this taken just before closing?

@@middlekingdomproductions right but wouldn't that be exactly where you'd expect to see all kinds of people using that station, coming or going?

The Temple is beautiful. The above ground entrance to the new metro station is not. 😑

Isn't 2025 the year of the Snake?🤔
Out goes the 🐉🐲and in comes the 🐍.
That’s right 😁 I guess if they cover over the spikes they could convert it into a snake station for the year 😜
There is no Middle Kingdom, they mean center of the world (Universe), kingdom!
This video gives you +10 social credits ccp approved video.
What a shame, I thought it would give me +100 ….
@@middlekingdomproductions I thought he would give you a $10 donation, what a shame, poor people.
西方媒体的谎言是如此普遍,作为中国人从来没有听说过social credits,我们只有征信,只是用于评估银行贷款,很高兴看到大多数西方人生活在他们的梦中世界。
Daniel, XHS has debunked your ideal social credit propaganda. Better wake up!
Delusional
Question, does China pay you to do these?
