I saw this guy speak at a conference in Vancouver in 2016 and it honestly changed my life. I snuck into watch his session again in the afternoon it was so good.
@@ak.8161 I listen to this book all the time to remind myself to stay in the solution side. This has never happened before with any other book. It makes so much sense. You CAN control your thoughts! This is the most valuable book I have ever come across. With the kind of pressure on me, I wouldn't have been able to sleep without RSF. It very possibly saved my life. I'm still under a ton of stress but I can handle it, one improvement at a time. I'm not in hell anymore.
@@jkxpg hey thank you for the detailed answer. How do you use the rsf tool? Do you go throughout the day and constantly ask yourself the question? Also on the success log for the last question, do you try to improve something on the process goals or can it be something general? If I understand correctly, the book is about using asking yourself the rsf question for the process goals, have process and process goal , do the success log and the mental workout. Did i forget something?
