    To Amy,
    I've been doing your workouts now for a few weeks, and I've been losing a good and steady amount of inches. I used to be 18 stone, and I lost four stone from just changing my diet. I want to lose more weight, but tone up, and your videos are absolutely fabulous for that. I just want to say thank you so much for your expertise and the time you put in to make these videos. I used to absolutely detest working out, but now I enjoy it and I'm consistent with it. The fact that your videos are so great and have actually brought results is the biggest reason why I work out! Thank you so much, again, and congratulations on your baby! So so SO happy to see new videos! :D x

    Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

    I love these workouts! I am a 45 year old truck driver who has been eating all the wrong food and not getting enough exercise. Doing kettlebell exercises are perfect for when I am on the road. I have started a regular walking regimen as well. Thank you for the awesome videos !!!

    Great little workout to get some strength back into my legs (using a much smaller kettlebell atm). This twice a week plus running hill reps - perfect. Thanks Amy, glad I found you channel. xx

    started with the kettlebell abs workout. awesome. now doing the abs and the legs workout daily. what a challenge. plan to add the arms in about 1 week. great videos. thank you

    Amy! What are you doing to me? My legs are still sore from Monday's leg day :) My whole body is sore from what you did to me all week long :) Today's kettlebell workouts are a Great way to end the week--I chose the kb workouts and added on my fav kb love handles workout to really focus attention on my abs. Thank goodness for the weekend 'rest' days :) XO-S

    Amy I just have to say thank you! Because of your Workouts I have lost 8cm around my belly, 4cm at my legs and 2,5 cm at my arms in 6 Weeks. and just by doing your workouts and a little change in my diet. THANK YOU!

      +Mariëlle Boon I do different Video Workouts from Amy. 4 - 6 Times a Week. I don't have a particular workout or exercise. The key to success is to switch up the workouts.

    Wow! This workout was great!!! I really like how you explain in details what we should feel, etc. It actually felt like I was workout with a personal trainer but I realized it was just a UA-cam video lol! Kudos again I will definitely be visiting this page again.

    I don’t really workout that often but am trying to get healthier… this workout was so difficult for me lol.Hopefully after more repetition I will get better at this

      Namita .R I'm not Amy but i can answer your question.. sure you can use a dumbbell instead of a kettlebell...

    with your swing you need to relax your arms a bit or go lighter, good reminder of kettle moves though.

    Wow, great workout. Can you please do weight conversions for us Europeans, please? A quick, "Grab your 18lb or 8kg kettlebell...." (I just had to google the conversion!). Thanks! ...and don't even start me on 'cup' measurements in recipes.... :)))))

    I think the hardest part is doing lunges. I get off balanced and my leg doesn't go all the way down. So I feel awkward the entire time. Lol

    Nice workout thank you, but I do tire of having to start US videos by pausing them to google a pounds-to-kilos conversion. You have viewers in Europe too! Just say weights in pounds AND kilos. Will take half a second. Easy!👍😃
