Will be doing this ha ha in my 14 years of exercise I have never lifted weights or a kettle bell..but because of you BurpeeGirl I bought baby weights n a baby Kettle bell l woot woot..I never thought I d ever lift anything but you have changed my mindset tq tq
I am so surprised by how much I liked this workout! It's good to know that it is only 20 mins without the cool-down - but I needed that cool-down! I really liked the round format, especially having different exercises in each round, and I especially love the combo moves with all of the twists. My 8 kg kettlebell was a bit heavy for a few of the moves, so I dropped to a 10 lb dumbbell (I'd be interested to see what weights you used). Thank you for this!!!
Hi. I love your exercises especially the Tabata. I'm planning to do this KB workout as well. Is 10kg too much for a beginner? I don't know if I bought the right weight for my kettlebell.😅 Thanks and happy workout 😊❤

Great moves I had to be careful cuz I cut my hand cutting a watermelon so it's all bandaged but I just used ax10Lb kettlebell instead of somethin heavier... According to my Samsung watch 4 I burned 103 calories...

I almost forgot, I love how the glutes work was just sort of woven into the standing abs!

My low back pain wouldn't allow me to get past the 15 min mark. My abs have gotten stronger after 3 C sections but I guess they're still too weak.
