    One of the easiest workouts I've tried. Very good for beginners and people fresh off C-section surgery. Try it and it'll build up your strength and endurance for harder exercises. Great work BurpeeGirl..

    Super smart doing the b/w and colored scenes so I can listen to a podcast while exercising and still see the visual cues. Love it!

    Will be doing this ha ha in my 14 years of exercise I have never lifted weights or a kettle bell..but because of you BurpeeGirl I bought baby weights n a baby Kettle bell l woot woot..I never thought I d ever lift anything but you have changed my mindset tq tq

    Good video but be good to see side angles so people know if your legs are bent or straight, especially for beginners

    I am so surprised by how much I liked this workout! It's good to know that it is only 20 mins without the cool-down - but I needed that cool-down! I really liked the round format, especially having different exercises in each round, and I especially love the combo moves with all of the twists. My 8 kg kettlebell was a bit heavy for a few of the moves, so I dropped to a 10 lb dumbbell (I'd be interested to see what weights you used). Thank you for this!!!

      I almost forgot, I love how the glutes work was just sort of woven into the standing abs!

      I'm really glad you liked it! I used an 8 kg kettlebell for this workout, but I usually stick to my 6kg one!😁

    Problem with your video is you need to show form more with a side view. Can’t tell what you’re doing in some of the moves.

    Great moves I had to be careful cuz I cut my hand cutting a watermelon so it's all bandaged but I just used ax10Lb kettlebell instead of somethin heavier... According to my Samsung watch 4 I burned 103 calories...

    My low back pain wouldn't allow me to get past the 15 min mark. My abs have gotten stronger after 3 C sections but I guess they're still too weak.
