If u need to get abs you actually don't need to do skipping. Infact if you are fat and want to lose weight and have abs at the same time, you must do HIIT workout and abs workout. 4 days of hiit and 3 days of abs for 1 month will surely help your and visible.

There was visible difference between before and after pics.... it's good tht you respond well to the exercise...the difference would have been even more if you were weight training too
Great video, keep going ! 30 days is a great goal. Try skipping at higher speed (1 skip per second) in intervals of 2 minutes until it adds to an hour. Plus diet and water surplus. I lost 20 kg in a month just doing that.

If you want to building muscle. Jumping rope won't help. Skipping or jump rope is a cardio workout. Doing cardio makes your body lose some fat and muscle.
