      If u need to get abs you actually don't need to do skipping. Infact if you are fat and want to lose weight and have abs at the same time, you must do HIIT workout and abs workout. 4 days of hiit and 3 days of abs for 1 month will surely help your and visible.

    There was visible difference between before and after pics.... it's good tht you respond well to the exercise...the difference would have been even more if you were weight training too

    Great video, keep going ! 30 days is a great goal.
    Try skipping at higher speed (1 skip per second) in intervals of 2 minutes until it adds to an hour. Plus diet and water surplus. I lost 20 kg in a month just doing that.

      @@sumanreddy2080 My diet was low carb ohydrates, low salt, and low added sugar but high fiber, high unsaturated fat, and lean protein like chicken, fish and seafood. No rice, no pasta, no potatoes, no corn, or anything made with flour. No beef and no pork. Lots of vegetables and fruits.

      @@sumanreddy2080 Most of my meals were grains and beans, as well as chicken or seafood with salads and avocados. Little to none seasoning and no fried food, just grilled or boiled. For drinks, I recommed water, tea, or juice made by yourself in the blender.

      @@sumanreddy2080 Plenty of sleep, and if you are looking for supplements, Ashawagandha root and ginger root are the best ones to lower cortisol and increase testoterone (hormone to lose weight)

      @@Bryan-jj3if I lost tons of weight and my cardio has doubled (breathing) no more huffing and puffing lol. I feel alot better as well. More energy. If you plan on doing it invest in a nice pair of sneakers with a big air bubble in the back. I bought a pairnof nike uptempo 720's and they are perfect. I tried with a regular pair of nike's and my feet were killing me after a few days.

      If you want to building muscle. Jumping rope won't help. Skipping or jump rope is a cardio workout. Doing cardio makes your body lose some fat and muscle.

    I dont do 1000 rope skippings but i do 500 jumping jacks 50 lunges 50 squates and 2 km of running in a day ,and results are very good

    I have got quite defined abs and I have 12% body fat. You with that much fat, fall around the spectrum of somewhat 20-22% body fat.
    The video was overall good but the last part is just utter bullshit.
