You are an incredible teacher. Can you explain inner thighs up. I’m confused when on the belly for pulling straps. Am I supposed to wrap outer thigh back under butt? While drawing inner thighs up through middle
Hey Mildred, thank you for asking. Its actually quite simple so hopefully this helps. It should feel more like an internal rotation of the thighs. This basically gets your more parallel and takes the pressure off your sacrum and allows your hamstrings and glutes to support your legs not your back. xx~LL

just unpacked my new personal hour wood reformer. It was supposed to be 86 and it came in at 90 inches. Yes it is heavy. So it's a monster and the entire former nursery uses it. It has a three tier set of knobs, one green, 3 red and 1 yellow spring. I am not sure how to use the multi tiers or how that would even work and no instructions came with it. I am so grateful to have found you! When I finish the install I will be back to do this class for reals to try it out :)
wow that is a big Reformer. I'm surprised they didn't make sure you got the 86". I'm not familiar with this Reformer. What's the brand? When taking my class use the 3-4 heavy springs for when doing footwork, running, stomach massage. And then use 1 heavy 1 medium springs for 2 springs exercises. If you're and OPC member then you can submit video of you doing an exercise and get feedback :) Congrats on your own Reformer!! xx~LL
