Love the message of this video. I recently had an employee struggling to be productive because he didn't have confidence in his ability to make it happen. Well, I told him that he needed to take action instead of talking himself out of things and that's how it would get done. Three weeks later and he accomplished what he thought he couldn't. Amazing things happen when we take action!

Killed it at the yard sales Saturday. Got a 1969 Daisy revolver BB gun for $3 sold for $90. Picked up a Lionel train set for free at a yard sale..sold it for $160. Picked up a Sony 1000 watt amp for $40 sold for $170. Good job Pete thanks for the info as usual

Hey Pete. Speaking of bikes. I was mentioning dumpster diving to a friend a couple of days ago and he had a hard time believing there's ever anything decent in dumpsters. On a whim, I picked a dumpster of a major store and decided to take a peak. Even I was surprised. I pulled out 4 brand new bicycles with a retail value of $1100 in total. They had some scratches and a couple dings from being thrown in dumpster. My daughter already claimed one so, I told her it was an early, freshly picked, $250 dumpster bike birthday present.
I want to try this but not sure which stores to try.
Try them all. Like the OP said, some will really surprise you. I found a whole haul of merchandise valuables for resell in a separated area of two dumpsters that I had thought was only for food wastes.

Hey, congrats on quitting smoking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husb smoked for 28 years, he just quit last week. He's on day 5. I didn't think he would last that long but as usual he surprises me. I quit a few years ago and started vaping (i LOVE vaping) not sure if its any better or worse but I know my smokers cough is gone. Anyway, love your vids and now hopefully you'll be around a lot longer to make them! :) :) God bless!!
If you want to find good deals you need to constantly put yourself out there in the field so that when things become available you are more opt to find them before other, thats why i am always actively looking and on the hunt for the next buy. Those old school lighters made to look like pistols are pretty valuable, Well some makes and models. I made a bunch of money on those things years and years ago. I actually purchased a entire storage unit full of "New old stock" ones from the early 80s and wow was i shocked to see how much some of them actually sold for. Thanks for another great video Pete. Try and avoid places where you are going to smell second hand smoke it will help you during your first month.

Pete try a complete reformat on the memory card. NOT JUST DELETE. Use the computer to do a reformat then insert back into camera. This should fix any corruption issues.

I was a Home Health Aide/Med Tech for 25 yrs and actually had a older lady eating gd cat food from a can until I got a Social Worker involved and we got her signed up for meals on wheels. They are ashamed to ask for help like that in fear they are going to be made fun of. I hope that mans a Multi Millionaire and wears it well that no one knows just for all the RUDE comments-all you guys Your day will come and because your being so ignorant here Trust me You’ll be thinking of this day that you made fun of that elderly man (For Pete’s Sake he could barely keep his pants up) have a heart and trust me you won’t get it back 10 folds you’ll be knocked back 20 folds & just maybe eating cat food or dog food from a can one day! The Highest power remembers the ignorance of others and the ones whom don’t have a Heart! Thank god I was born with a Heart of Gold! Hey Pete n Co. I've been a long time fan from Melbourne Australia and l was hoping you might be able to share your thoughts on the pros and cons of partnerships in one of your upcoming videos. Love your work
Better off with independent contractor type contracts: "You will do this ... and I will do this." And be sure there's an "out" at any time -- in other words, cancellation of the contract -- for non-performance or just plain no reason if the arrangement becomes unsatisfactory. This way avoids getting locked into public fights, court fights, and plain aggravation and stress -- which only make lawyers more wealthy. Best piece of advice: avoid lawyers in your life. There is really a lot to be said for the Buddhist-derived principle of non-confrontation.
