    I don't need it since I get my daily quota of 100 gram high quality, complete protein from eating 4 large sized whole eggs and 400 grams meat/chicken daily. I'm physically very active doing callisthenics and karate ( 5 days/week).
    If I don't eat my protein quota daily, then it will affect my muscles, joints, and recovery time.
    I eat a low-carb, high fat diet. Maintaining an ideal weight and waist circumference for the last 5 years. Blood tests show perfect metabolic markers level.

    Perfectly explained. I am a user of hydrolised whey. Only place i disagree with my limited knowledge is, the statement , no use of doing excercise if protien intake is not there. Could you explain the difference of hypertrophy, strength training, and cardio (hiit) for the subscibers please

    Not all excess protein is excreated. Gluconeogenesis occurs in some and converts it to glucouse which may then get stored as fat too.

      Exactly but for a lifter the Chance is very low because we can go twice the size of reccomendation ie 2 g for body weight . ( but for lower /middle class man especially for me it is so hard to get 150g protein if I spend a good chunk of money ) 90 to 100g is ideal for me.m

    Thank you very much. ഞാൻ optimum nutrition എന്ന whey protein വെടിച്ചു ഈ അടുത്ത്. ചിലർ പറയുന്നു പലതിലും metallic contents add ചെയ്യുന്നു അത് poisnous ആണ് എന്നൊക്കെ. ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായി ആണ് ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു scoop മാത്രം. വർഷങ്ങളായി അത്യാവശ്യം വ്യായാമം ചെയ്യുന്ന ആൾ ആണ് ഭക്ഷണം controlled ആണ് controlled diabetic ആണ്. എന്റെ ഭാര്യയ്ക്ക് ഇത് കഴിയ്ക്കാമോ വളരെ ആക്റ്റീവ് ആണ് അവൾ. എന്റെ അത്ര പോലും protein അവൾക്ക് കിട്ടാൻ ചാൻസ് ഇല്ല കാരണം വളരെ choosy ആണ് food വിഷയത്തിൽ. വില ഏറിയ ഉപദേശം പ്രതീക്ഷിയ്ക്കുന്നു

    I think one major problem is the quality of the protein powder. I've personally had stomach issues, even when it's consumed in limited quantities.

      That is protein digestion disorder. I have this problem too, when I was a child I couldn't eat any of the red meat or concentrate milk products. And when I start eating whey protein I get the same symptoms as eating red meat.
      Anyway after 25 years it suddenly disappeared, I can eat red meat as well as protein powder. I don't know why, I asked some gastroenterologist but he couldn't answer this. Might some enzymes start to do the work.

      Two reasons
      1) You are Lactos intolerant
      2) You are Using trash Fake protein powders like Big Muscles Gold or Muscle asylum

      Blood levels normally spikes few minutes after consuming particular foods . If you test with in that period then don't worry about it

      Don't eat protein powders if you wants to bulk or Gain Weight.
      1 ) The fatigue is due to two Reasons 1 you are Lazy and Brain is under estimating your Capability
      2) Low Testosterone regards Aging ( Try natural ways like using ashwaganda of it will balance your test levels if you ( they won't increase your test levels / you had to go under hormone teraphy for that )
      Eat 10 eggs per day it is a good source of protein and fats and rich in calories .
      1 about Protein powders
      Let me clear about this there are Bunch of Clowns especially on malayalam Poisoning people's minds.
      Protein powder is not a super food , it is just a form of Proteien source from the processed cow milk. A scoop of good quality protein Powder contains
      110 calorie in 40 grams , ie 24g is proteins , 7 amino acid profiles and 4 grams of fat . Our body can absorb it in 20 minutes .
      The other alternative is
      1 Ayala Fish ( mackerel ) That has around 350 calories . Ie 22 grams of protein , does have all 7 amino profiles , 20 grams of fat and carbs. But it take more time for digestion.
      That's it. Don't follow those clowns who is promoting body building supplements on UA-cam . There are no Magic supplements exists. Every thing is scam . The only thing works is steroids but it is capable to reduce your life span.
      Buy protein powder if you are Cutting preparing Going for compatition ( because calorie deficiet ) .
      I forgot to add , take creatine it will help you gain more strength and stamina.
      Good protein powders won't fail your kidney but if you already started developing weaker kidney for example stones or failures or any other genetic conditions then yes any kind of protein foods will affect your health.
      Again don't complicate protein powder it is just same as a large Ayala fish with less fat and caloric profile .
      you can get 1 kg ayalafor 100 rs but a good protein powder is 1700rs for 1 kg.
