Eric needs a weekly television show, his stuff is that good.
My Wife says he would make a killing doing voice overs and narrations for shows.
She is never wrong.
Is sweet little productions, good banter, good roadtrip and real good planning and editing . Beats most of the gash on main stream tv ...
Mr B Eric is a normal guy with a passion to help.people be entertained by and maybe learn something about being a mechanic. He's def a quality tech
I suggested PBS awhile back he wasn't interested
He's also a businessmen. Commercials will kill the program
Never lost one yet. "Hope the camera's rollin' when ya do" 😂👍
Viral vid right!?
azurebluemach I swear I was crying when he said that
Last time a wrecker had to pull me, I was loaded with 50,000 pounds of Sulfuric Acid (83%), dead across some very busy Rail Road Tracks, at the Port of Tampa. Dropped a Axle. Fun Times.
Heavy Rig wrecker drivers a really good at what they do. Tell Doug thanks for letting us ride along.
This video reminds me when my dad use to drive his Peterbilt and I would go with him on the weekends. Miss my dad 😢
Oh that sweet Cummins sound when you start rolling along.
I personally think the best sounding engine is a Mack E9.
@scrimmy6969 yea they ok on sound but there the toughest.. But over all for sound and good Jake and reliability can't beat a cat!.c15 .6nz code.1,850 to 2050 torque on the c16 //set up ones .now days they all junk thanks to restrictions
you can definitely see the O. resemblance
Nicely done Eric, your parents must be proud of you guys.
Thanks for the tag along.
ok Eric we've seen your brother's toolbox tour now it's your turn!!!
That tool box looked like my dad's when he was a mechanic at a dealership in Chicago in the 70s, he said the rust on all his wrenches helped him grip them better
...I HADN'T THOUGHT OF THAT-(!)
I love to see two brothers doing what they love taught by their dad and getting along!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸
I'm grateful for the fact that your a great mechanic and you bring us along for the ride it's a dying breed these days honest and reliable great show
Only true gearheads find vids like this enjoyable :)
YOU BETCHER LIFESAVERS!!!
I object to this statement. I am not a gearhead, yet I find these videos enjoyable
lol i recognized almost all of that scenery. isnt everything warranty? lol and love the ending . your brother dropped your ass off and was good enough to circle the block just so you could get the money shot. you owe him a cold one. thanks for taking us along
Yes sir the money shot haha!
Awesome video Eric. Enjoyed the tour and being able to experience what it takes to drive a big rig. Thank your brother for letting us ride along thanks
Yes sir, this one had it all. That was fun. Thanks for taking us along and introducing us to another member of the family!
Fantastic trip, almost as good as being there with you both. Thanks to your brother for letting "us" come along.
haha you guys seem really great dudes.
It isn't most people's idea of living the dream, but you're sure doing it. This is awesome. Your brother seems like a cool guy. Thanks for the interesting video!
This sounds like me and my brother!!! My God!! I wish he was still here ! so cool!
Eric, I really appreciate your channel and your desire to do every job the best that you can. It's something that's becoming more rare in our industry. You do a fantastic job producing educational and entertaining videos. Keep up the great work!
Nice to meet your brother, Eric. Thanks for the ride!
Very nice video Eric of you and your brother sharing a day together. And it was very obvious that you guys had a pretty good time :)
I really enjoyed the ride along, I got cold watching had to put my coat on, I see where all the rusty and crusty comes from, his tool box looks whole like mine, the pete sounds great.
Your brother could do some awesome vids on some of his runs.
I keep telling him that
South Main Auto Repair Sure would be nice if you did a video of your brothers shop sometime.
This was WAY more entertaining than expected. Eric, keep these coming. Lots of fun to watch, I laughed more than I should have, haha. Doug could easily have his own channel. Keep it up!
I keep telling him that
Soon as I started watching I said "I bet that's his brother" lol
NICE ride in a big rig. Thanks for taking me along.
Oh man, oh man! That was one sweet ride-a-long! Thank you!
That brings back memories of Varysburg, Warsaw, Geneseo, the Italy Hiils, Naples, ..... !
Thanks again.
Love the tow truck.Fully equiped.
Glad to see he put the stack boot on. Saves the turbo.
I've drove OTR back in the 90's so I can appreciate this little adventure... brings back so many memories. Thanks for posting.
Haha, "You're like an offical good buddy."
Thanks for taking us along Eric. I've never worked on the heavy stuff. So that was real interesting. I like all the gauges in the wrecker, it's like a whole display of live data PID's!
All those gages and no drink holder. One handed driver. 🙂
That was an awesome video Eric!!..I love heavy wreckers and it would be awesome to see more videos of you guys doing some more recoveries!!
Very nice video with your brother. Reminds me of the good times my brothers and I had. Two have passed and one is 2000 mile away. Times change but, Thank you for the memories Eric!!
i really like when your brother was shifting with the jake brake engaged!!
I lost it at "anyone know how to drive one of these?" lol
I believe that warning buzzer was the low air alarm. Getter done.
Love the videos, a year or two in that truck and you would be as deaf as a post, regards from Dublin Ireland.
I drove the area 30 years working for the phone company. It was fun looking out the window and knowing exactly where you were at. Keep up the good work.
I absolutely love this video. Most of my relatives are truckers. Some nicest people you could meet. I went to college so I became an engineer. I wanted to weld like my Dad did I always admired him. He is my hero along with you.
This was F'in great. I'd like to see more truckin' and maybe repairs at the truck shop. Thanks.
Nice ride with your brother Eric...good change in scenery and a good vid...SALUTE
Great video! Nice to see two brothers spending the day on a road trip!
I've spent a few times sitting in the jump seat having my truck towed, sometimes truck/semi-trailer being towed, but it was never this entertaining. Great video!
Enjoyed the trip, still looks like home after all these years
Great video Eric-! Nice change of pace and saw some more of NY - don't see much of it here in Illinois-lol
Awesome, I love that wide open country thanks Eric.
This was a new kind of video for the south main auto channel. Thought it was really cool. Grew up around trucks as a kid. Dad drove one as well as his dad. Later in life my dad had a trailer repair and truck body shop. So riding in rigs and blowing air horns was a big deal to me as a kid. Brought back some memories with the dashboard tour and the sound of the engine in the cab. Gotta make more vids like this when you can. What gearhead don't like big rigs and diesel power? 😉
Ahh, love it, really takes me back, but I had a tool bag not a box. Keep up good stuff Eric and bro.
That was fun. Thanks for bringing us along.
Thanks for riding! Hey you two should get a tow truck! That way you can piss people off with the plowing and towing!! Haha Jk'in
Who did we piss off? Oh you mean the old woman. Ya she sure is a crabby one. That is nothing. I will be cancelling a agreement with a customer tomorrow. That should be good. She is going to be pissed royally, and I don't care. Tune in to find out why..LOL there is the hook.
THAT'S GOT DOGGONE SURE-!!!
Don't miss that Salt, Traveled through there many times when I lived in Rochester on my way down South.
Kind of neat to see you out of the shop for once.
10-4 good buddy. When I drove past that exact salt mine last summer on the way to Niagra I couldn't believe how much salt spray the car got.
It's a thing of beauty right!
i always throw a few extra bucks to the driver when i need a tow..not an easy job and nobody appreciates it until they need you..good video.
Great to see you spending time with your brother, Family time and fun with work is a man's standard. Enjoy!
Great video, keep em coming, the variety is a good. I like the road trips, they're great, God bless and keep you guys safe.
You people are so good it's inspiring. Thanks for all you do Eric.
Now go buy a tow truck!
this video was so freaking cool. thanks for posting this !
I'm a truck driver and I found this video among the funniest that you have done. You and your brother are like two peas in a pod.
Hi! I really enjoyed this video. I enjoyed the road trip, local history, tow truck tour and scenery. You also reminded me of my brother. I am an older guy that appreciates the memories of the past. You have in this video, produced a video documenting a cordial brotherly experience among many others to come in the future. My brother passed away a few years ago. He was a career CHP officer and I remember going on a ride along with him several times. We interacted much like you do with your brother. People in other cars sure look at you differently when you ride in a patrol car! I can tell you treasure your time with your brother, and I guess I am commenting because this is a precious video for us and you. Thank you Eric!
Ok Eric you fix the light duty vehicles and your brother fixes the heavy duty and your other brother tows the business in . I bet you guys own the restaurant too . Holly bejesus you guys run the whole town . HAHAHA
Welll not the whole town...
TV show idea: The O'Pranos
Arie M ADA BOOM ADA BING. LOL
Well in his early vids he was Dr. O so maybe he runs the local hospital too.
HAHA there is no local hospital. I think the closest one is buffalo memorial .
Nice wrecker and another great vid Eric!
I really enjoyed this video of you and your brother spending the day together! Really enjoyed the scenery of rural New York state.
Definitely appreciate you bringing us along so awesome 👏
I watched this vid a couple months ago . I t is so good I had to watch it again.
best tool box tour on UA-cam
Austin Huckabee but without any brake clean
Hard working, smart and funny decent guys. I used to load at Kodak in Rochester once a week back to Colorado for years. Don't get to upstate NY much anymore but when I do I want to meet Eric O. Thanks for the great car repair videos. Chris
Lived in that area for many years and done numerous trips up 390. Thx for the tour around town :-)
best thing in life family , grate video, i enjoyed all the laughs from each over brotherly love.
best mechanics ever !!!!!
I have been watching your channel for what seems like at least 2 years maybe more (time fly's) almost from the the beginning. But your videos are extremely entertaining. Please don't put us in a show hold, I so look forward to your uploads. Thank you so much for the entertainment.
Love the song of the N14, my truck in my picture is a baby brother to the 525HP, mine is a 425, but gets the job done
My first ride in a big rig! Thanks for the ride.
And now I want to see the diag and repair video on the KW....
...THAT GOES FOR ME TOO!!!
Man it's awesome seeing some Cummins insight stuff on your channel!!!! Awesome eric o
Enjoy the mild weather. We were sweating it out here last week with record highs of 88 degrees. Nice change up video. Like them all.
Did I hear the driver say "Give 'er the beans" and "theres your problem lady"?
I believe so!
HAHA, it must run in the family!!
Yep, definitely brothers. I bet Sonny taught them to be like this. :) :) :)
@Haz Cat Closest I've come was stupidly forgetting to "give 'er the beans" while downshifting on a hill in a Deuce and a half while taking my military driving test way back in my early 20s. Needless to say, instantly locking up both rear axles got my head outta my rear as I tried jamming the clutch down through the floorboard.
You lead an interesting life Eric. If you ever do a recovery with some carnage bring the camera!
Ah, open road, big rig, and a pack of menthol Newports! What more could you ask for!
Brings back memories of many, many miles in the US and Canada - not in a wrecker but in a semi cab..:)
Great Video. By Far The Most Greatest UA-camr !
Nice change!
Nice video I used to tow the little cars, i always wondered how they hooked up the big ones. Now that I see it, Ive seen some knuckle heads pull trucks w/o any chains or straps holding the frame to the wheel lift Or frame lift,
Eric is the best. Love his family sensibilities and you just don't get to experience this kind of reality tv anywhere else. Bravo Sonny, father to Eric and Doug. Inspiring is the best word I can think of to best describe Sonny's progeny... rock 'n' roll Avoca! btw, i live in the salt belt in beautiful upstate, HV NY, and a quick look at my Dakota with my Astro LCD light stick, and iccckkk!!! Looks a lot like the crap that rolls into SMA.
Sweet video
Love the sound of a jake...just not on my road.
Yep, feel the same way about Harleys.
...well, "ya can't please EVERYBODY"!!
Loved everything about this video.more please.
THanks a load for that swell toolbox tour. Makes me feel 100% better about my own toolbox calamity.
Only 13 minutes in and already loving this video!
I know who to call if I break down on the 390, haha. Trooper station by that salt mine...don't ask me how i know
Loved it Eric, Thanks for sharing.
Nice job Eric, nothing like a road trip with your brother.
"Six hours on the road and I'm gonna make it home tonight" Nice vid today. Kinda nice to mix things up once in a while. Thanks for the ride along Doug & Eric. KIT doug (" just watch ole Bandit run.")
ua-cam.com/video/wHbGhEfnh2E/v-deo.html :D
Eric, I truly loved this video. Who needs TV when you have stuff like this!!!
How about a day at your brother's shop or some heavy duty fix?
I bet your parents are proud they raised some good kids that not easy but they did a good job. Congratulations Mr and Mrs O. I have 6 kids and it ant easy to prevent the obstacles in life but me and my wife were lucky to.
Wow, your best vid yet ! Great scenery, great banter with your brother. Well shot, btw ! Thanks for the ride-along. Cheers from Ontario, Canada.
the quip about the Coquihalla had me laughing Good video Eric enjoyed it
Haha I was hoping people heard that ;)
South Main Auto Repair Sure did that was a good show to Jamie and his crew.
If you ever in BC. I will give you a quick tour of the coquihalla.
The old Fraser Canyon and the hope Princeton is a fun route that'll stand your hair's up. Hell most highways in BC in the winter.
Pennies from heaven, LOL
that was bloody fantastic.....What a nice guy your brother is....thanks Eric
Great vid Eric,
Cool to see you out of the shop and hangin with brother Doug (my name too)
Stay safe and warm 'till next time !!
do a toolbox tour for your toolboxes
