It was cool how you compared the wasabi to cucumber! I had a very different experience with wasabi when i tried it freshly grated on wagyu with some egg yolk. It tasted wildly different from horse radish and my favorite way to describe the flavor is by comparing it to a home grown carrot (but with that horse radish bite of course lol)
I am always fascinated by the food you make. I’ll probably never make half of the recipes, but I do enjoy the artwork behind your cooking. Not only you visually appreciate the food but you get to experience the taste as well. Thanks, keep up the great work.
