holding eye contact in a world where everyone is afraid to make eye contact separates you from the masses. I never knew how important it was until my old coworker pointed out how im the only one who will look them in the eye whilst talking and it made them feel like they were being listened to and not just heard, which in turn would subconsciously make them feel attracted

I think a big factor as to why it’s so valuable is also bc it kind of validates that person. They feel like ur actively and sincerely listening to them when u keep eye contact.

Holding good eye contact is one of the traits of the most confident people, how do you expect to be a confident man if you can't even look someone in the eyes, that's literally one of the traits an employer looks for, if you can hold good eye contact, it shows you're confident, have social skills, and aren't afraid of challenges.

Lifting weights and having success with women is what helped me hold eye contact with women very easily. By loving yourself and knowing that you're hot, you immediately gain confidence and the ability to hold eye contact. I just felt the need to look back at her, while i was taking a break and talking to my sister. We looked at each other for like 10 seconds and i just smiled to her, which she replied. I just went back to doing my thing and talked to her after i was done with my session. And the coolest thing of all, i wasn't really interested at her at the time, i was just focused on my workout. I looked directly into her eyes without moving an inch, and she looked into mine. After a few moments she knew she was no match for me and, intimidated, she retreated from the cart rack back without even obtaining one of the wheeled receptacles. I’m not bulky, I’m slim and the only think I have (imo) is a decent size shoulders.
Guys, stay confident and chill even when walking. Like “whatever” mood.

This is the most perfect video to be posted today, literally just today at work I kept seeing pretty attractive women walk into the shop(I'm a sales assistant at a building supplies shop) and literally I would keep holding eye contact with them and they had this positive reaction like they were comfortable and wanted to be around me. So yeah, what you say is true. Women are attracted to confident guys. I literally just held eye contact and acted friendly towards them and they reciprocated that friendliness.

I usually don’t comment, however I wanna speak on this as a married man.
At my my gym, there are many attractive females. However I’ve learned from experience that too much direct eye contact can be misleading for a women in thinking I could be interested in her/ talking to her. When in reality, I’m happily married and have no interest.
When it comes to the gym, I tend to avoid looking in the known location of a female to avoid the tendency to lust and also unnecessary eye contact.
Sure I’ll look a women in her eyes but I don’t make an effort to get attention either. Just a note for all the married men out there!!

yeah this is sooo true, I do to maintain eye contact alot with a girl i like while I talk right, She seems to look away alot of times but I think she does realize that I'm interested in her conversation that she will start to look into my eyes too. There is this unknown strong contact right which seems unusual to us. Trust me boys when i say this. While you are talking with a girl, The only reason why the conversation gets more interesting is because of the ee contact. If you tend to look away at times, not like slightly looking at right but I mean like literally turning your body around and looking away which I know every guy has faced it including me. Let's not shy about that. You need be focused on her while she is talking and you need to make your conversation go interesting that she finds it worth it to have eye contact with you. And the result is, She likes me now too, I keep in contact with her most of the times and I simply enjoy being around with her.

The vast majority of men and women that I make eye contact with and smile at look away from me instantly, making me not want to bother smiling at them. Seems like most people have this habit of avoiding others they don't know. It's kind of discouraging, but once in a while, someone will return the smile, so not everyone's like that.

I've been playing with making eye contact with everybody I pass by in the park, here are my conclusions:
    - person who breaks eye contact to look straight ahead is not interested, you don't give your attention to ugly people, do you? let your intuition guide you too instead of staring at every girl
    - people looking straight ahead and not meeting your gaze or giving just a short glance are people lacking confidence to look and people not interested in socializing with you e.g. hottest people or autistic people
    - person looking down on the ground and avoiding your gaze means do not engage, often means fear for safety, give them space and don't walk near them, can also mean a huge insecurity/anxiety
    - if somebody looks down after meeting your gaze, it means they act submissively, often means they think you are more attractive and/or they are very shy/embarrassed, if they look up it's an invitation to play
    - the rarest eye gazing I've experienced is when both people never break eye contact, that indicates a strong attraction and confidence, you should say hi! 💖

This is actually something I’ve been struggling with and I hate saying this but I’ve been called attractive and this and that and I do feel that I am good looking, but when it comes to any eye contact interaction especially in public I am so insanely shy purely because I developed this barrier of trying to make sure women are okay in public, but at the cost of me not wanting to interact or do anything at all out of fear that I’m being a creep. My mind is a bit over exaggerated because I hear stories from my friends of some guy staring at them and such, but I need to remember they’re the one being weird and creepy and not holding eye contact in a good, interested way. Thank you for this video

Aside from that thank you for putting your time into this video hamza!

if u cant hold eye contact, people honestly don't bother with u. It's true, for both sexes. I recommend the book, "why men love b*ches" (just put a video out about it)
ANYWAY, the author uses "The Bitch" to portray a women who lives life primarily for herself, she is the one who sustains the man's attention. BUT THIS goes for both sexes. the opposite sex is way more attracted to those that are independent, motivated, hard-working and confident. One of my fav parts of the book revolved around the fact that the dream-girl or dream-guy WILL NEVER kill themselves to impress others. Def recommend checking it out. I think it's of good value to check out books about attraction targeted to the sex you are trying to attract. Almost like a cross reference type deal on relationships, sex, attraction etc.

When you've been doing self-improvement for a while and sticking to the good habits, you become a completely different person and sometimes things can feel effortless. You're self-image back then may have been a fapper that doesn't floss his teeth, groom, workout, take care of his mental health, smelly, nervous, or do any of the good habits. That then becomes a part of your identity and so when you talk to someone else (including women) and you feel scared or nervous, this can sometimes be a reflection of your own insecurities. We feel as though we are being judged by others when it is simply us reflecting our own insecurities at ourselves. This then causes us to act in a certain way that can repel women or make it difficult for you to do anything. But when you do the good habits, that becomes a part of your identity. When you read, you are a reader. When you workout, you are a hard worker. When you meditate, you are mindful of your well-being. When you do nofap, you feel much less like a loser. These are all positive characteristics that compound and eventually change the way you act and feel about yourself as well as the interactions you have with women. You still and always will have to do the hard work but things do become easier and eventually you will have a strong character such as Adonis that women will definitely take notice of. We're all gonna make it brothers.

It's actually to a degree in which I creep people out I think, and because of my anxiety, I subconsciously think of no eye contact as a positive because it reduces the copious amounts of stress I feel when others have their individual focus on me or when they are perceiving me. Anyway, this video gained you a sub man it was very thought provoking!

Funny that this pops up in my recommended now.
A few days ago I was out having a drink with some friends, and we're sitting at this table at a bar for a little while, minding our own biz, enjoying ourselves. Then these two gorgeous girls come and sit at a table nearby. One of these girls is facing me, and I can't help but look at her sometimes. She's a 10/10, and I'd usually consider a girl like her out of my league, even though I don't look too bad myself. But here I am having a good time, free of worry, so I figure "eh fuck it, nothing wrong with looking at her, I'm not staring or anything". Also, recently I'd been feeling more confident holding eye contact with people, especially girls. So we share eye contact a few times in a span of around 20 minutes, until my friends feel like moving to some other bar. At this point, I didn't feel confident enough to approach her, so as I stand up, I choose to just blow her a kiss and smile. She smiles back. I start walking away with my friends and suddenly that girl's friend stands up, comes up to me and asks me "Do you have a girlfriend? My friend is a little shy". As soon as she said that I just go "oh ok, I'll go talk to her myself then". I got her number and we ended up spending the evening together.
Goes to show, a little confidence and eye contact go a long way, and sometimes even girls you might find intimidating might secretly be interested in you. Invest in yourself, build some base confidence, then try pushing your limits a little, you might fail sometimes, but in the end you'll only build more confidence and achieve things you didn't know you were capable of.

Please don’t take this to mean women want you to stare them down in a duel. That’s mad creepy to anyone, do that to the wrong man and you’ll get knocked out, women don’t want to be threatened by you either. Hamza is clearly talking about sharing eye contact, not shrinking yourself socially, playing small and darting your eyes as soon as someone acknowledges you non-verbally. I think also a woman trying to hold eye contact with you is our first bids we give in the dating dance, not always, could just be a very social girl who likes to hold eye contact but sometimes it can be used as flirting too. The rest of your face says a lot too, being inviting back and not looking like a caveman about to club her is a good start lol.
If you’re someone who struggles to make eye contact, you could have emotional issues around shame and it’s worth exploring why you don’t want to be seen and feel the need to hide and shrink yourself. What holds you back from holding eye contact with people right now? What would it feel like to hold eye contact with someone in an open and inviting way? Maybe practice with the cashiers at the grocery store when you’re checking out 😄
