Too often, as soon as I see Senior Exercises, I think: Way too easy! I'm 60 and have been exercising since I was 20 but found out that pushing too hard at my age can be detrimental. Plus, I just can't keep up to those workouts like I used to. This was just right! Thank you! I have followed you for years but hadn't watched in quite a while. Glad to be back!

Since I have been working out I have noticed that I am getting stronger, I sometimes use a walker not as much and I did a closet raid pulling shirts I have not worn in over 2-3 years now the fit fabulous. I found you several years ago, when I was able to do a lot more. Then I had a bad fall, that really made exercising hard, even though I made sure to keep up with my PT exercises. Now, here I am following your "senior" exercises, and what I love is that I can do them! And, they aren't just fluff! I'm doing the standing version with only 3 lb. weights, but because we keep moving for a certain amount of time instead of counting, I feel like I'm getting a good workout. Thank you so much for creating exercises for older people who still want to be active and strong.

Thank you for a variety of good seated exercise to increase mobility and strength- I am currently in quarantine in Melbourne, have a triple fusion on my right ankle and a very weak right knee because of overuse... so this has been a god send to set me up for a day of being stuck in one room and not being able to do much- I can already feel after 11 days that my knee has regained strength and hope to continue with this regime once back home... just add some swimming and hope to keep mobility for a bit longer. Dear Coach K & Claudia, Thank you so much for this exercise series. My mom is in her late 59, overweight and has leg problem. She's been trying to lose so she can enjoy her time with her grandson even more. She tried many exercises such as walking, aerobics and we even hired a PT to train her in the house but none of them can keep her moving. Now, after we 'accidentally' came across one of your seated exercise videos, we've consistently working out for 2 months now. It's never been this long. I think we've went through all the seated exercises and she already lost 20 lbs so far. Again, thank you for this video and I hope you make more of it. Stay healthy and awesome Coach & Claudia!

A little over 2 months since I fractured my hip. This seated workout was helpful for me. Still cautious with my right hip but loved doing the upper body.
