@@DynamicDurge I was just referring to the actual structure of the workout - there was a dynamic warm-up that activated the muscle-groups needed to perform the workout, and the exercise selection was geared towards improving his performance as Master Chief. Most of the workouts in these segments don’t posses the elements I just mentioned, they often are “pump” or “bro” workouts that aren’t really effective for the average, natural, guy who isn’t take PED’s.

Yeah the show isn't really good when you compare it to the game. It especially has a lot of continuity errors (uncolored props in one scene to another), but pablo schreiber is 100% what I would've expected a spartan to sound, act and look like and he's done fantastic

It added to the Halo story, fleshed out a lot of characters and I suspect even turned a lot of non-Halo players into maybe trying the game!
I love how he says 'eating' and not just 'training'. Nutrition is just as important and sometimes harder to achieve than just training, especially when you work a professional job 50+ hours a week.

Sure, Kwan Ha seems irrelevant, but if you're truly a fan you'd realize she probably has Ancient Human DNA from the librarian. i don t know, I loved the videogames, but honestly the series flowed well and stood on its own two legs. The pace was good, there were not too many inconsistencies or contradictions, it was enjoyable. Kai and John were very likeable characters. Also Kai 125 , wow, folks, gorgeous.
If you haven’t seen Den of Thieves - you’re doing you’re a deservice. Incredibly underrated and has those Heat undertones. Pablo is awesome in it, of course. I’m hoping this Halo series improves. Pablo put in all the work - the writers need to do the same.
