Beautiful airplane. As a home builder my self I can appreciate the work involved in such a build. I just want to make a comment about something I saw that may need your attention. This is made with all respect. I noticed the left gear door doesn’t open as much as the right door and it appeared to me in the video the left tire may be rubbing on the door during retraction and extension. It may not matter much but could be a source of a future problem. Happy flying and a good job. Congratulations

Jim Auman ...you are so very welcome, the aircraft you built is just marvelous. I have been considering the same aircraft..but want the high speed wing and scale propeller they have been talking about...and I did love the sound of the BMW 12 cylinder engine .
The v6 powered ones do sound great, but there's a owner in Australia that has one thats Chevrolet LS powered. I cannot remember if it's a Titan or the S51, but it sounds amazing on a high speed pass.
I keep saying that those wings are too short. They don’t reflect the correct scale on the full scale plane. Make them larger and it would look perfect!
It's a replica, but not a scale replica. There are trade-offs that have to be made for the airplane to be safe. Simply scaling the airplane causes lots of problems.

He spent untold hours on the edit. 3 different film days, 2 different cams in 4 different locations on 6 different flights. That is a lot of work. I am very thankful to my producer. Will cause no damage or issue with the gear. I watch twice and the tire did not touch the inner gear door.

How is the buildquality of the T-51? Hard to build?
You run a comoressio/leakdown on that motor lately? Sounds like it has a weak hole.

Those are nice machines, especially with the V-6's, might I suggest a cross brace on your towing bars to avoid stressing your downlocks...?

The V-6 almost sounds like a V-12!! Pretty cool!! Also is this a fixed pitch prop or constant speed?

Stewart S51 looks the part. A Papa51 Thunder Mustang is even nicer!

Where is the N number?
The N number is displayed per FAR 45.22 (b) (1) (ii)... both sides of fuselage under hor stab at tail.
