@Connor: You're a well-spoken, seemingly centered young man. Props! Just a word of advice on gear, without getting into the whole useless, pointless digital vs analog toxic debate. I simply highly recommend that you DO make it a point to get in front of blazing tube/physical amps and cabs,. Experience that. Feel the feedback and learn to control the howl. Just really see what that feels like when you're playing. Bright future ahead! And indeed David Maxim Micic is incredible....
I also bought a strandberg without trying one on faith only about 2 years ago and I don't regret it at all. Connor was actually partially the reason I did and I can't thank him enough. This was a great chat!
I just got my Boden Essential and it is such a great guitar. These guitars are such a leap ahead, I agree, just play one. Even my die hard boomer guitar buddies couldn't put it down.
Got me the blue Boden essential out of pure curiosity and thought fine if I like it and will resell if I don't and since it's the blue one, I will find someone who's willing to pay the full original price. What can I say... I'm a proud owner of a strandberg and it's become the guitar that I tend to pick up first when I play/practice.
I made the leap of faith two months ago and ordered a .strandberg* Boden from the website and will not come back to something else. In fact I have an eight strings second hand on the road toward me currently.
Thank you so much for having me on guys! What a pleasure! Also, my bad, I left uni in 2017, not 2021! Blame the nerves haha!
You did great and that was a wonderful interview.

Was an absolute pleasure man - good luck with everything you've got going on & I look forward to seeing you again soon :)
This was tight. Great hearing some sick heavy tones
One of the good guys. 🖤

Thank you for the excellent interview.
Good player but his tone is terrible
Damn mate, which one? Or all? 🫣 I’m always striving to improve
Great to hear Connor explain his journey! Go On man!

I agree about recorded sounds. QC and plugins all the way. But for live use? Amps all the way, still
Solo instrumental, is right up my street. Awesome that you've got it working :)
Let’s get a band with him and Olly Steele

Would love to see a demo of you programming drums. I also do everything myself as a 65 year old retiree lol
What You explain about touring Connor, it reminds me a rather long interview of Devin Townsend, fascinating and humbling.
The captain alway's got the best questions fr.
