@@wishesandfishessugar has calories
@@wigletron2846 lol yes I am aware, but sugar and air have less calories than sugar and refined wheat/corn product
I’ll have to check it out. Honey bunches of oats has always been my go to because of the low sugar.
13:09 WTF 😂😂😂
"do I have pent up issues? yes." I fucking love you man, you tell it like it is

Thanks for the link to the FFMI calculator, thats a wonderful website. I came in at 26.2 FFMI at 54 years of age (Been lifting for 34 years) 100% natural, which is pretty cool!
Hoping it's wrong got 17.1 and supposedly almost at my genetic limit for development.
You’d have to be huge to get that result surely? And you don’t look it? That’s like above most steroid users. Unless it changes with age?
@@Ricardo-ur5osYes well I’m 6’2 have a (nearly) 50 inch chest (wear a 50 inch suit jacket) currently 266 lbs at the moment arms are 18.5 cold, Quads are nearly 28 inches. I have very wide clavicles and hips so lots of room there to pack muscle on.
Now that said I don’t have a 6 pack currently at 20% body fat (I am working on this) but all of the numbers are true and accurate.
I’ve been lifting consistency since I was 19 years old I’m 54 now so yes over the course of 35 years again being consistent all the major heavy duty lifts. This is definitely achievable as I’ve never ever done steroids. I swear to you on my life. Last thing my wife is an amazing cook, and she makes me high protein meals daily so I’m very lucky there.
Dude, you’re a f’n gem! Awesome vids and hilarious too. Well done
Every pizza is a small pizza if you’re determined enough. So yes, back when I was burning calories like P Diddy burning evidence, I ate two whole pizzas. Achieved stomach hypertrophy.
"like P Diddy burning evidence"😂😂
2 large pizzas is my go-to when ordering. In fact, I'm gonna order 2 now
😂😂
Damn, that FFMI calculator really killed my spirits
Same bro. Same
I don’t really understand what it’s meant to represent? Like what does the number actually mean? I got 20.5 but like. I don’t know what that’s meant to tell me😂
The cheat day explanation was great!!!
John Cena my favorite natty vegan.
