Mike helped be be healthy, strong and injury free. I was stuck for 3 years on the same strenght level. His technique, nutrition and recovery knowledge is toplevel. I am now stronger then ever. I am at a steroidslevel of strenght as a natural. Really natural lol
Someone here that had really bad shoulder joint pain for years. Ever since I trained with much lower weight, but made the exercise as hard as possible with a huge stretch at the bottom, my pain is pretty much gone entirely. It's been months since I last felt any pain while training. Just wanting to say that, because Mike always says it's okay not to do it if your shoulders are fucked up. This shit actually cured me.
The shoulder joint is muscles and tendons attached to bones. Blood flow helps you to heal. If pain is from tendon wear, avoiding running the tendons across the bone and strengthening the muscle at the same time, solves the issues.
I wonder if it is something like not damaging the muscle too much while putting those body parts still under the positive process that is the exercise done

Someone here that had really bad shoulder joint pain for years. Ever since I trained with much lower weight, but made the exercise as hard as possible with a huge stretch at the bottom, my pain is pretty much gone entirely. It's been months since I last felt any pain while training. Just wanting to say that, because Mike always says it's okay not to do it if your shoulders are fucked up. This shit actually cured me.
The shoulder joint is muscles and tendons attached to bones. Blood flow helps you to heal. If pain is from tendon wear, avoiding running the tendons across the bone and strengthening the muscle at the same time, solves the issues.
I wonder if it is something like not damaging the muscle too much while putting those body parts still under the positive process that is the exercise done

As much as I'm worried about influencers openly expressing their use of gear to get the results they have, I beleive it to be better than those who claim to be natural who arent. What you can acheive as a result of lifting without additional help shouldn't be clouded by the desire of those who are too chicken to admit that theyre on juice.
