Paige I’m about to try Canola oil for my hair. I googled that it can be used for natural hair and it has vitamin E in it which helps with hair growth and good for the scalp.
Totally agree. Moisturizing is the KEY to happy type 4 hair. In the summer I don't have to remoisturize because it's humid where I am (wash days are sooo simple in the summer...lol), and my hair stays moisturized trained even into the fall. But now I'm noticing since December it's losing that moisture. So I started back on my DC and mid-week remoisturize sessions. Happy new year ❤
I ❤️ your Videos I've watched alot of videos but your videos are amazing and very simple and very helpful so thank you so much for taking the time to help everyone with your routine over the weekend I tried out your hair routine and I have to same I'm in love and will continue to try it out thanks love 😘
HAPPY NEW YEAR, PAIGE! God Bless you and all your family with His Richest Blessings throughout 2022! I had just washed my hair on 1-1, on 1-3, I sprayed my hair with a mixture of distilled water, olive and amla oil and wore a plastic cap for a couple of hours. It felt okay for the rest of the day. Today, 1-4, it was dry as a bone! I just watched this video and did my own hair following your instructions. My twists are longer, bouncy and juicy! I love your advice to "listen to your hair." I never liked the narrative that "hair is dead." I think that leads us to treat it rough, call it "bad" and do other neglectful, even abusive things to it. Whether it's biologically classified as dead or not, it's coming out of my living scalp and head and I'm going to treat it with the same respect I treat the rest of my God-created body. Your hair care fits this positive mold. God Bless you!
Happy New Year 🎉🎉 and you are so right!! I'm glad you found this video helpful. That's why I created this channel to show others that taking care of natural hair can be as easy as you make it. Once you understand and listen to your hair taking care of it will be a breeze. I keep everything about my natural hair simple. And thank you so much for watching 💖💖
Love how your hair is thick from roots to ends💕 I miss how simple a routine used to be before these companies brainwashed us😫 do you ever use clay washes/prepoos???
Hey hun I don’t remember how many were installed but I normally do about 12-15 twists. And I don’t think I’ve decreased the number of twists since my hair has gotten longer, it all depends on the mood I’m in. Sometimes I do the twists bigger, other times I do them smaller.
@@GlowupwithPaige ok! We have similar hair texture. I’m thinking I may just twist it up like u and go. Wash and gos on my 4a/4b hair don’t last long!!! I also have two little ones so it’s dang near impossible to do my hair every 2-3 days
I finally found someone with my hair type I thought I had 4c until I listen to my hair and I moisturized my hair correctly and I see my curls I say I have all 4s on my head with a little 3c
I moisturize one to two times a week depending on how my hair feels using the loc method. Olive oil and water together in a mist spray bottle and my cream is the shea moisture raw shea butter restorative conditioner.
Hi Paige. I would like to know if your curl Pattern always like this or did you defined your curls over time? Also how long have you been using the hair products?
Hey my hair has always been like this. My curls get really defined when it's moisturized properly. I have been using this cream over 3 years now. I use it on my girls hair as well.
Happy New Year 🎉🎉 to my UA-cam family. I decided to include some of your sweet comments in this video. Thank you for always supporting my channel 🥰😘
Happy New beautiful . Lovely hair .

@@GlowupwithPaige U're welcome and thanks .
Paige do you also use a twisting cream or just water, leave in cream and then oil!

Hey you are more than welcome and Happy New Year to you 🎉🎉
I love your videos. Thank you for sharing. Also I wanted to know if you could do a video on how you trim your hair and how often you trim your hair?
Thank you Tanisha❤️❤️ I'm actually about to edit that video right now. I trim every 5-6 months.
Happy New Year and thanks for sharing this one.

Hi Paige. How many twists did you have in this video? Have you decreased the number of twists that you put in (now that your hair is longer)?

Hair is getting longer😍
Thank you 😊💖💖
Hi I love your videos do you ever do wash and gos?
Thank you😊💖. I tried once and it caused soo many single strand knots. I haven't mastered it as yet but I may try again.

Yess tell me about it. My 2 girls keep me super busy that's why I keep my hair in twists most of the time.
I finally found someone with my hair type

I know what you mean. I have multiple textures as well.
I read that as 4s and was thinking what in the heck is this new 4s type before I realised you meant 4's 😂

Hi, good video, does the leave in cream have slip?
I wanna try it
Hey Aneesah, yes it has slip. On a scale to 1-10 it's about a 7ish with slip.
Thank you so much♥️♥️♥️

You hair is beautiful. Do you wear your twist during the week? If not how do you wear it out in the public?
Thank you so much💖💖. Since I work from home I wear my hair in twists 99% of the time but if I have to do errands I just put my hair in a puff.
Hi Paige. I would like to know if your curl Pattern always like this or did you defined your curls over time? Also how long have you been using the hair products?

do you still use the raw mango butter for your twists?
Yes I still do.
Hi Paige, is it normal to have short hairs in between long hairs? I used to think that it was due to breakage but I later realized that it wasn't.
Hey Emmanuella I've read that sometimes the short hairs in between the longer hairs can be the new growth from the shedded hairs.
Yay new video...I'm here for it.
Hey thank you so much💖💖 I appreciate you😘
Does the same or similar routine apply to locked hair?
I'm not sure to be honest. You may have to look up a few videos on UA-cam.
Paige what porosity is your hair? Mine is low
Mines is low porosity. If I don't work the products through my hair it will just sit there.
@@GlowupwithPaige exactly that’s mine
3 times a week.
Awesome thanks for sharing 💖
