Thank you so much and I truly appreciate you for watching😊💖💖
If it's one thing I've learned over the 5 yrs I've been natural (and you highlighted in the vid), CONSISTENCY IS KEY
Yess it truly is!
wow your results are amazing! i’m hoping i can get my hair to your length in 2 years 😊😊 after 3 years of back to back hairstyles (braids, soft locs, etc) i’ve decided to stop and wear my natural hair out. whenever i’d get braids my hair would break off. but now im not only focused on growing my natural hair, but loving my natural hair as well! your hair growth vids are very inspiring. kudos to you!!
Thank you so much🥰💖💖
I wish you all the best on your healthy hair journey!
Im on this journey with you
@GabriellesGrowing-kn3rm awesome hope it’s going well!
What makes your growth juicy hair health is how you are so gentle with your hair. Keep up the great work and sharing your hair journey. It's inspiring and shows consistency and patience pays off.
Sorry for the late reply. Don’t know how I overlooked this comment but thank you so much😊💖💖💖
Your hair is so beautiful & your twists look so juicy. Congrats to you on your hair growth.

Hi Paige thanks for the length check omg your hair is healthy with such a simple routine and consistency
Hey hun you’re welcome and thank you so much 😊💖💖
Congratulations on 3 years being natural🎉❤I’ve been natural 3 years also and I see the progress in my hair….especially when it shrinks 😂
Thank you sooo much hun😊💖💖💖 and yesss the shrinkage is crazy. Makes me feel like my hair isn’t growing lol
Your hair is absolutely beautiful! I love 💕 how you’ve trusted your natural hair journey.
Thank you so much😊💖💖
Lovely results Paige!!! Because of you, i purchased the African Pride coconut prepoo detangler and i can NOT wait to use it. I used it on my son and he has very dry highly textured kinky hair (it was a BREEZE to detangle). My texture is more similar tovtour texture, so i am excited to use it in the future!!!😊
Thank you 😊💖💖
It all started amazing and how it's going is twice as much👌🏽♥️
Aww thank you 😊💖💖
Love your hair paige 😍 looks so moisturized and healthy as always❤
Thank you 😊💖💖
Very well keep up the good work. Can’t wait into my natural hair gets this long to.
Thank you so much hun😊💖💖
@@GlowupwithPaige Welcome
I love your progress. I'm inspired to embrace the journey, find what works for me, and be consistent. I was considering dreads (but didn't really want them) because I'm having an extremely hard time maintaining length. It's time for me to buckle fown and truly love on my hair. Thanks❤
Thank you so much and you got this! Good luck💖💖
Hi, new subbie❤your videos are so relaxing , very easy to follow to help me care for my natural hair❤

Wow. I have to comment today. I've watched a couple of your videos. And I must say, I'm inspired! I'm also on a natural hair growth journey and I'm learning as much as I can. So I'll take this video as a birthday gift coz you posted on my birthday 💃😅. Thank you so much ma. Hopefully my hair will grow longer and stronger like yours!! Cheers!
Happy belated birthday 🎂🥳🥳 hope you enjoyed it! Don’t worry you’ll get there! Remember to be patient with your hair, it’s truly a journey. I wish you nothing but the best on your healthy hair journey☺️💖💖
@@GlowupwithPaige thank you so much. And yesss I enjoyed it! I'll do my best. And that part of patience,I'll REALLY NEED IT 😂. My hair drives me nuts sometimes 😭😅. Thank you for replying 🤗
Thank you for this encouraging video. We are all unique with individual crowns. This really resonates with me... listen to your hair and give it what it needs. There is such conflicting info out there, use this, don't touch, this method is tried and true, spin twice while jumping on one foot before you get started 😅 This video has been a much needed breath of fresh air for this naturalista. 🙌🏾
Thank you and you’re welcome😊💖💖
😀See how consistent you've been so far is amazing paige, you've really done so well👏👏👏👏👏👏 happy anniversary dear😍
Thank you hun😊💖💖
Fabulous progress, Ms. Paige 😊
Thank you😊💖💖
Hello Paige... Your hair is giving hair goals 🙌🙌 and your hair is beautiful... New subbie and first time commenting
Heyyy thank you so much and welcome to the glow up family 😊💖💖💖
beautiful , congrats on the 3 years! Question: does moisturizing loose like this and smoothing through loose hair have better results than when you moisturized on top of your mini twists? or is is the same? I always wondered.
Thank you😊💖💖 I find that I have better results when moisturizing my loose hair. It holds the moisture longer.
I have been natural for 2 years now I was struggling so hard with my hair I didn't know what to do and I would always put my hair in braids and when I take it out I would see growth but alot of hair would come out and this year I had to put braids in but I see my hair is not growing with braids anymore and I had alot of split ends and I had to cut alot of hair off because the split ends was so bad and now I'm doing mini twist after watching your videos and I was my hair in mini twist and it helps alot and I leave my hair alone I'm now only going to do mini twist I love mini twist now ❤
Aww so sorry that happened to you. I hope that you’re able to achieve your hair goals with minimal twists. All the best on your journey 😊💖
Thank you 😊
Nice! And love that you showed your face to prove it's really you😮
Lol thank you😊💖💖
@@GlowupwithPaige you're welcome!😘
Heya! Your content is beautiful and I was wondering what your favorite and most effective hairstyle is?
Thank you😊💖💖 two strand twists are my favorite. They help me retain the most length.
Hey Sis, I have a similar routine.
That was a nice tip -> Don't use tap water.
I have been guilty of doing this, but will make some adjustments. I have hard water and rent...
But I recently had to boil some water because I'd developed a post-nasal drip after a cold and had to do a sinus rinse via a neti pot. I boiled a big pot of water because I used some to make tea and somebody recommended that I gargle with salt water too.
Hey glad you found this tip helpful. In the beginning of my natural hair journey I used tap water to re moisturize and it would leave my hair hard and dry after few hours.
eating clean helps hair growth also. what types of food do you eat?
Yes eating healthy foods are important too but honestly I’m not the best to give advice on that part. I like to eat melons eg. cantaloupe, honey dew and watermelon. I try to eat a balance meal at dinner time eg. baked chicken, rice and a salad.
Beautiful hair… do you use a comb or your fingers to strangle your hair?
Thank you so much😊💖💖. When moisturizing my hair throughout the week I only use my fingers. I mainly use tools like my comb and detangling brush on wash day to detangle my hair. Hope this answers your question.
Hi Paige… forgive me if I missed it; but how often do you trim?
Hey I trim every 5 months. Since I wear my hair in twists most of the time, I find that this works for me.
How often do you wash your hair?
I’m washing it weekly. If I’m having a busy week, I’ll stretch my wash day for 2 weeks max.
@@GlowupwithPaige thx for responding 👍🏻
No problem hun
Nice video. May I ask how many inches your hair grew during the three years?
Thank you😊💖💖 about 13+ inches
@@GlowupwithPaige Thank you for replying dear Paoge.
No problem hun
Why don’t you use tap water? Would you not recommend it?
I don’t moisturize my hair with tap water because my water is very hard which can overtime leave my hair dry and brittle. I prefer to use distilled water instead of tap water because distilled water is pure and free from any hard mineral build up or harsh chemicals.
Do you keep your hair in twists all the time?
Yes majority of the time.
So have you been using the protective style l mean the twists for the 3years
Yes I have.
Hi can I do the same with relaxed hair for myself?
Also I have two girls, I am trying to create a routine same as yours for them, I see you don’t oil your scalp, I used to oil my girls scalp and massage it, should I stop and just apply the oil on the hair only ???
Please let me know
Hey yes you can see how it works for your hair. Also I do oil my scalp, that day my scalp didn’t need any oil. Continue to oil your girls scalp if it is working for their hair. I oil then massage my girls scalp all the time.
Thank you for replying ❤ ok
How long does it take you to do your twust from start to finish?
For chunky twists about 30 mins and mini twists about 2-3 hours.
Ok thank you!
You’re welcome 😊💖💖
How did you do it please teach me
Watch my wash day routine playlist. I share my exact routine that helped me get to this length.
Waoo you look good my sister 🤠🙏🇰🇪
Thank you💖💖💖
You got great length in 3 yrs
Thank you🥰💖💖
@@GlowupwithPaige You're welcome
Beautiful!! 😍😍😍 #newsubby💛
Thank you and welcome to the glow up fam🥰💖💖
Have you been twisting for the past 3yrs
Yes I have along with having a consistent hair routine.
Hey my name is mislande and I was just wondering if you can help me get my hair fixed please
Hey Mislande sure. Just check out my wash day playlist. You can use it as a guide to create your wash day routine. Remember you have to be consistent in order to see results. 😉
I started my natural hair journey 3 years ago but my hair is not that long. 😢😢
Do you have a hair routine that you’re consistent with?
@@GlowupwithPaige yes ! I have a very simple hair routine. It works for my girls: they have long and healthy hair. But my hair is just « normal ».
