    wow your results are amazing! i’m hoping i can get my hair to your length in 2 years 😊😊 after 3 years of back to back hairstyles (braids, soft locs, etc) i’ve decided to stop and wear my natural hair out. whenever i’d get braids my hair would break off. but now im not only focused on growing my natural hair, but loving my natural hair as well! your hair growth vids are very inspiring. kudos to you!!

    Lovely results Paige!!! Because of you, i purchased the African Pride coconut prepoo detangler and i can NOT wait to use it. I used it on my son and he has very dry highly textured kinky hair (it was a BREEZE to detangle). My texture is more similar tovtour texture, so i am excited to use it in the future!!!😊

    I have been natural for 2 years now I was struggling so hard with my hair I didn't know what to do and I would always put my hair in braids and when I take it out I would see growth but alot of hair would come out and this year I had to put braids in but I see my hair is not growing with braids anymore and I had alot of split ends and I had to cut alot of hair off because the split ends was so bad and now I'm doing mini twist after watching your videos and I was my hair in mini twist and it helps alot and I leave my hair alone I'm now only going to do mini twist I love mini twist now ❤

    Hey Sis, I have a similar routine.
    That was a nice tip -> Don't use tap water.
    I have been guilty of doing this, but will make some adjustments. I have hard water and rent...
    But I recently had to boil some water because I'd developed a post-nasal drip after a cold and had to do a sinus rinse via a neti pot. I boiled a big pot of water because I used some to make tea and somebody recommended that I gargle with salt water too.

    • @GlowupwithPaige
      @GlowupwithPaige  Рік тому

      Hey glad you found this tip helpful. In the beginning of my natural hair journey I used tap water to re moisturize and it would leave my hair hard and dry after few hours.

    eating clean helps hair growth also. what types of food do you eat?

    • @GlowupwithPaige
      @GlowupwithPaige  Рік тому

      Yes eating healthy foods are important too but honestly I’m not the best to give advice on that part. I like to eat melons eg. cantaloupe, honey dew and watermelon. I try to eat a balance meal at dinner time eg. baked chicken, rice and a salad.

    • @GlowupwithPaige
      @GlowupwithPaige  Рік тому +2

      Thank you so much😊💖💖. When moisturizing my hair throughout the week I only use my fingers. I mainly use tools like my comb and detangling brush on wash day to detangle my hair. Hope this answers your question.

    Why don’t you use tap water? Would you not recommend it?

    • @GlowupwithPaige
      @GlowupwithPaige  11 місяців тому

      I don’t moisturize my hair with tap water because my water is very hard which can overtime leave my hair dry and brittle. I prefer to use distilled water instead of tap water because distilled water is pure and free from any hard mineral build up or harsh chemicals.
