You can microneedle your skin every week and that should take care of the creepiness, weights for bat wings. Stretch marks you can microneedle, fibroblast, threads…. Or a combination of all 3. If you’re brave enough you can do them all at home on yourself like I do :)
Hi Stacy, I have lost over 100 pounds. Your overall health is more important. I do not know if you have heard of Overeaters Anonymous. Food Addiction is real. A shift is required within. This guy means well. I lost 100 pounds in 16 months. The majority of the 100 pound loss club will need surgery. Some insurance plans will cover the surgery. With my case, the skin on my face dropped. It covered my eyes and Partially over my nostrils. . They covered it. My abdomen skin hung so much it would be cracked, have friction burns and bleed. Your muscle structure will sometimes become thin and weak. If you have an independent patient advocate. It can be covered. If there is a way for a private message. I would be willing to be your sponsor. Keep it up you are worth it.
@@allenwinston9225 Not all overweight and obese people are addicted to food or gluttons. I have been categorized as overweight or obese all my life, yet I can easily go five days of more fasting and only drinking water. Yet, my brother who's never had any more than 5% body fat, is a glutton and over eats.
My only problem is that it seems like an urban myth without any evidence backing it. I don't mind slowing down weight loss, but only if it really works.
Fast during fat loss and after! The fasting, especially for autophagy (up to 72 hours), will eat all the proteins (skin, connective tissue, etc) leftover from fat loss. It can take a while (months-years), especially if you didn’t incorporate fasting into your fat loss or you lost a lot of fat, but the results are well worth it, even if you address it in other ways, as well.
What about people that have had Bariatric surgery. Anything other than plastic surgery to help with say sagging skin on legs. I don’t don’t mean huge amounts of weight loss that needs a body lift
I'm only 25, but I lost about 20 pounds over the course of 3 months or so, and now I'm dealing with an aged facial appearance. I've already lost the weight, and I wasn't aware that I was supposed to lose it slowly, and now I really hate the way I look. I was not overweight, but rather just wanted to fit in my old clothes. What should I do at this point? Should I regain the weight back and slowly lose it this time? Have I done permanent damage to my skin elasticity? Thanks.
Do resistance exercice, add one spoon olive oil to your salad every day, hydrate your skin with oils you can use also olive oil with simple massage to your face, drink lot of water
my questions are about retinol...you said last week that you use Murad because it's mild and creamy...do you use their night cream? And do you have any less expensive suggestions for an older woman to use to ward off wrinkles? Once you suggested to me Adapolene and I do faithfully use it but it is usually touted for acne and not wrinkles...need your expertise
Hello Dr Lim, i had tca cross and subcision with no filler here in the Philippines 3weeks ago but i dont see any improvements😅 should i go back and do another session or i should wait?
Platelet rich fibrin is the gold standard vs plasma.. Ive done it under my eyes and didnt really notice a difference for $500 bucks a pop. If you are brave enough to take and spin your own blood you could microneedle with your plasma once a month. I bet you’d see some results….but I really dont think any of these things tighten :)
@@tacobelle69 I meant it to be injected not micro needled. I had it done for COVID hair loss and it worked like fertiliser. I only pay $150 per treatment. My friend gets it in her face and has given up fillers and Botox. She’s 60.
Check out peel university at platinum skin care and do your own peels at home. Microneedling is great but it doesnt lift or tighten the skin. Retin A is good for texture, wrinkles and discoloration but that also doesnt tighten. Lasers aren’t that expensive, just put a little aside every month if you can and in a year you should have enough…but only do laser if you are worried about wrinkles, sun damage/hyperpigmentation..ive done quite a few lasers in office and they have never tightened my skin
I'm sorry...all I can say is that people should pay attention to what Dr. Natalia Spierings (Dermatologist) has to say about all those procedures. She's the real deal!
@@scray00 It is fine to mention another view. But she mentions somebody I've never heard of, Dr. Natalia Spierings, *without ever saying what those views are* . Very odd! What about body skin laxity??? And stretch marks??
I was wondering the same!
Surgery

How to do that at home???
Fasting can help with both! People who fast consistently find that stretch marks and even c-section scars start to diminish.
so happy your back on UA-cam Dr Lim! 🙌🏽
I have to lose over 100 lbs.. not sure how 1 pounds a month will work

Too late. My face could hold a three day rain now.

I’ve done long fast and loose skin has not tightened up over months of fasting it’s a bunch of bs and pseudoscience
Can anything (besides surgery) be done if you already have some?
Thank you for helping in this crazy skin world❤
Can you talk about saggy breast after breastfeeding?
Surgery is almost the only thing you can do. Also depends on how saggy and how much skin. ❤
So, HIFU is only for those who don't need it. Ugh. Your thoughts on at home RF? Already tried deep chemical peel at Med Spa.
Yes! I also want to know about at home RF
Great info. Never thought of it that way. Makes sense.
Kia ora, thank you for explaining in everyday terms. 🙏
Hello Dr Lim. Very nice to see you again. Thank you for good interesting information.

I saw on the show skin decision that they can do threads on thighs too! Nurse Jaimie did it on one of the participants.
Is softwave the best
Hifu in the market? Thks
Which of these procedures do dermatologists do?
Do you need any volunteers to work with in order to advertise your methods
-1kg every 6wks....I usually put the 1kg back on in 10da😪
First!!!!!! Just in time ❤
With graves disease, I lost about 60 pounds in a couple of months before diagnosis. What can I do now for my face and body?

Hi Dr. Lim. When is more optimal to use prohfilo? Before or after weight loss?
Welldone
Hi Dr. Lim, is chemical peel is safe for Asian skin? Will it cause hyperpigmentation?
I wonder if this applies to those of us in the perimenopause?

Love me some threads!!!!!
Doesn’t the heat from RF break down the threads faster? Once I started laying threads I backed off on the HIFU and RF
What threads?
What about loose skin occurring on the abdomen due to fat loss where the patient had a C-section?
Hi. There is a new device called softwave. May i know is it better than ultherapy? Thks
Going thru right now, any at home devices that you recommend?
