I recently pull my ls swap stuff from my s10 to put in my 69 c30 got everything wire and ready to try and start and now it has a crankshaft position sensor code and I can’t seem to get rid of it for the life of me. I changed the sensor with 3 other ones still no fix. It one of those 300 and something dollar harnesses off eBay.
The 60's got better after the oil down. My friend went from 1.65 leaving @2500 foot brake to 1.42 3700 on the 2 step. Sucks didn't get to see you guys run.
Think of it this way, tailgate weights about 40pds and I put 1.5 bags of concrete in it. The bag weights 60pds each so that makes the total weight about 135 to 140 (NOT 400)
You have a dominator ecu. You just need a ceank driven fuel pump. They are everywhere. Hit snake eater up and put it on methanol. Would solve everything.
My dudes camaro would erase the tune when youd try and crank it with a low battery, and hooked to a battery charger. We determined it was the battery charger sending dirty voltage or something. So no more battery chargers for his car

So the issue with the tune getting lost on the holley with the low battery is more common than you think. I had this happen on my Terminator x maybe 6 months ago because I had some kind of draw on the system and the battery got low and when I tried to crank it I lost the tune. All the inputs and outputs were unsigned. I googled it and it looks like it's a problem that's happened with a lot of people. I just re-uploaded the tune and everything was good after that. Now I keep a trickle charger on my vehicle all the time when not in use just to prevent this from happening again until I find the source of the draw.
Stock bottom gen 3 5.3, and ebay 78's. They aren't exactly the most efficient turbos lol plus it doesn't have an intercooler, so the air tenp sensor was maxed out at 302*. Its kind of a miracle it even made 730hp tbh lol
I bet it it makes the same whp by 15-16psi. Those should get that truck close to 900. Most of the guys running twin 66s on 5.3s see 1000whp at about 25-27psi.

Not trying to be a dick, but it sounds lazy. Maybe needs more timing, higher octane, loose plug wire. I'm sure you'll figure it out.

I've had this problem on 2 different cars. One LS based one small ford based. Different laptops. During cranking it just erased the tune.
Holley EFI doesn't do well with unstable voltage that dips below 11.5 volts when cranking.
