  • This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow. Part 3 of a series of morning classes designed to enliven your whole body so you can move into your day with clarity, intention and ease.
    Each class in this series follows a similar structure and builds on the previous one. The first class is a gentle flow • 30 Minute Morning Viny...
    introducing all the elements of this morning series and the subsequent classes explore more warming versions in each pose category.
    This series offers you an opportunity to build your skills and proficiency in movement and breath work. You'll get to experience all the benefits of a regular morning practice and step into your day more intentionally.
    Expect a warm up through cat/cow, 1/2 flows, sun salutes (C & A), standing (warriors, triangle, lunges and lunge twist), balancing (warrior 3, 1/2 moon, side plank), twists (chair & reclined), backbends (sphinx, cobra, locust, wild thing), an inversion (in this class I offer legs up, shoulder stand & headstand options), cool down, seated pranayama (breath work - Violoma B) and a quiet moment to set the tone for your day.

    honestly you are the first yoga teacher that I love everything about the practice. the instructions as well as explanations for poses, how do they work on our body, your gentle voice, and tho dogs barking

    Ideal begin of our day here, strong, calm & concentrated -although I had a good laugh twisting in Headstand, so that I used the wall to calm down again 🤗, - seriously, your teachings give me such joy & invite me to go explore, warming well, I'm most grateful to be walking this path with you! (You community eagerly awaits tge merchandising, "Follow The Sock!" or "Stay With Me, There's A Rest Coming Up!" ...etc...)

    The morning started hectically at 5.30 am (the dog has diarrhea!). Now she sleeps blissfully and I greeted the morning with this absolutely fantastic hour. I feel great and take the serenity with me into the day. Thanks a million!

    When you started the flow with half vinyasas I knew it is gonna be great. Little hard for the end of the day but I survived with a little bit of slacking :) Have a wonderful day Fi and we are waiting for new uploads.BTW I did not realize how beautiful eyes you have :) they are like gorgeous

    Wow! I love your flows but many are too slow for someone hyperactive like me. I like to move quick in my vinyasa (no hiits though) but today, i was so tired and thought two birds has a lot of gentle flows but also didnt want too slow of a flow so i picked a morning yoga class. This was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much!! Please please make more like this

      You’re so welcome Mike. So grateful for your support, encouragement and practicing so regularly with me :-) I’ve always tried to stay active over the years. Horse riding in my teens, Triathlons in my 20’s. Yoga in my early 30’s following a knee injury. I found the practice so healing and inspiring. Trained in 2007 in Byron bay with John Ogilvie and have been guiding classes since. Now I combine mountain biking, surfing, hiking when I have time to stay fit.
      I think the book that changed my life was called Buddhism for busy people! Gave me a whole new perspective on how to approach life with a softer more joyful attitude. The author has many books that really resonate. David miche:-) I also refer often to the training books I’ve gathered over the years. Paul Grilley, has very insightful breakdowns on asana in his yoga anatomy book. I also love the yogaland podcast. Such a wonderful resource for teachers. Gosh… the list could go on and on. These days I mostly read topic specific articles and listen to well-being podcasts. Mind body green also a favourite 🙏
