Fiona, i have been practising with you everyday for over a month now and i discovered you last year. You are one of a kind, of peace, quiet and strength. thank you so much for your generosity. Namaste 😘😘
Hi Cindy xx such a lovely message to read! Thank you so much. I’m so happy you’re enjoying the classes. Every day huh? Hope you’re feeling strong and thriving :-) thanks for your support 🙏❤️
Thank you so much with all my heart for this joyful class. What a treat for the body and the mind. Your classes are a huge inspiration/motivation to keep my practice going during times of change. This is yet another favorite one that I will keep coming back ( :
lol! It was so warm outside when I filmed this. I stopped the recording half way through and turned the fan on. The fan is actually called a ‘big ass fan’ (only in Australia!!) and I had it at top speed to make it through my own class :-) haha. But a good choice for you I bet. If it’s cold? 🙏
Silvia Mcnally oh my goodness! My husband lived in Edmonton for a short time as a child. Said his eyelashes froze! I’ve only visited Canada in the summer. Was glorious. Loved it 🙏 stay warm
Greetings from shreveport Louisian, Thank you so much for your calm and soothing instructions, it is a joy to do yoga with you. Best Fatemeh Mirfakhraee
Hi Fiona - Thank you for this practice, which left me feeling centered and grounded due to the pranayama after the strength building and inversion. Perfect as we are preparing for tropical storm Beryl here in south Texas. 💙
I come for the practice and stay for Fiona’s instruction. Her voice is so conducive to a calm, easy mind, and the sequencing is always perfect. I never take a TwoBirds class without learning something new or deepening.
That was so lovely after a break. Contrast between Mount Martha and Boncath, Wales noted! There’s a chilly wind blowing here at the moment… As always Fiona, many 😊
OMG! Your face is so jovial! 😄Namaste, Fiona! Onto my practice now. Thank you so much for all that you share with so many of us. Your flows are some of the best for me-no doubt!
I was on vacation and a little bit behind with the classes and no chance to to it in the morning. Doesn't matter - it is great in the evening too :-) 🙏
I really enjoyed this flow today. I never thought that I would ever enjoy breath work but something about your guidance makes it absolutely lovely and so relaxing.
Thank you for your lovely message. :-) your breath has such an impact on the way we feel. So helpful learning different techniques - such a great self help practice. 🙏
What a fine lesson to return to the mat for me, it leaves me very grateful & grinning like an imbecile in Shavasana ☺️, very very happy! Took a dive from my skateboard & braked with my knees, so it was Shishasana only for the last week for yourstruly...Good opportunity to have students recapitulating what they know on wound assessment...Exchanged the Camel for the Wheel, knees off the floor is, well, nicer, for the time being. You did me a world of good today - until next time soonest, Hope you & your family are well & healthy, I do pray you didn't have to suffer the floods lately?
Skateboarding!!! Breaking with your knees?! Ouch! Sounds like my bike falls. Breaking with my hands. Welcome back! It’s always fun doing young sports… but sometimes I regret that strategy when my body reminds me of my age. I bounce less easily! Take care 🙏
@@TwoBirdsYoga There's no age limit to movement, only the motor & sensory patterns evolve. #oldgiysgrindtoo 😅😍. Of course, there's protection gear, & the different movement patterns were very interesting, as one knee couldn't bend well, the other didn't straighten well, thus parallel movement organisation was challenging. I find such experiences very instructive, regarding what changes when habitual movement is interrupted, including my pushing the board, anticipation of movement etc. Anyways, it's way better now, still touchy but yoga practice isn't knees-off-floor only anymore, you can imagine my utter joy as this very lesson by you today had Headstand in it - perfect karma!
@@TwoBirdsYoga Australia, since I sunscribed to your channel, is Fiona-land, I feel as if I were practicing in your beautiful yoga-hall (& imagine myself on best terms with Ralphie!) in person, learning from you, so as news about the waters came in, I thought of you immediately.
Markus Wenninger yes! Full armour a priority. And so true… motor and sensory. Lots to get your head around with your knees there. And serendipitous that standing on your head knees free! Lol
Some sneaky pilates core work at the start aside that was a lovely practice. I surprised myself in headstand. I was able to hold myself with much less effort. I loved the breath work at the end. Thank you.
Oh, you crack me up Paul. I need a little warning flag on my classes for you. ** beware pilates :-) lol. Hope your knees are doing ok. Did you get to the bottom of it? Great you enjoyed it. Thx again 🙏
I'm on day 4 of this series, my side planks are and probably always will be "supported" so it's lovely to have the options pointed out. And I love the breath work in your classes ❤️
Awesome you’re following along each day. Love it. Thank you. Supported side plank is still an arm workout for sure. Great to hear you took the modifications you needed. 🙏❤️
came to the mat creaky and mind agitated- one of those mornings that you feel every year in your bones- but left feeling oh so rested and mind stilled. You did it again Fi! looking 4ward to the next innovative series!!
Oh I know that feeling Priscilla x almost every morning. And always better after yoga. So great you felt more at peace in your mind/body after. Thanks for your lovely few always 🙏❤️
Zowie!!! Great class. Practice was a later afternoon tune up. Really enjoyed the pranayama at the end of class. A mind and body refreshment. Thank you so much for your graceful guidance. Eric 😊✌💚

Lovely.....I am a little bit jealous of what I imagine is a warm breeze blowing into your space! If I were to do that today I could get frostbite .
