This vegetable noodle soup is a winner on multiple fronts: you only need 1 pot from start to finish, it uses easy-to-find veggies that you can even buy pre-chopped, and it is full of nourishing ingredients to help your body fight cold and flu season.

    Wait when did you add the pasta? You just skipped the whole end of the recipe.

      Hi Vaani! You add the uncooked pasta after simmering. After adding the pasta you return to a boil and cook until the noodles are done (around 10 minutes)! Here is a link to our blog post with the full recipe simplegreensmoothies.com/vegetable-noodle-soup
