How to fix your car for free..........................sell it to Hoovies, and then, buy it again for the same price.

2. Sell to Hoovie.
3. Wait until Christmas for him to give it back to you.

And im glad that the ugly beetle is gone 😁
I was thinking the same lol
He needs to sell something for good money, so...
I love the 760, but they're not worth much. Better to keep it and enjoy that 440+ silky smooth v12!
No point in selling the BMW at this point, that specific 7 series chassis is bottom dollar value, even in the 760 configuration with the 12cyl. The other vehicles at least have some value.

I thought about the same thing during the video.

Those rugs hide oil stains really good as long as it's not a ton of oil, I've had one in the garage before

I can't believe as many times you have to jump start a car, you don't have a battery jump-pack. Silly Hoovie
I concur and you can get them as expensive or inexpensive as you want. Mine is a big bulky monster that cost me $200 about 8yrs ago. still going strong...I frickin love it.
Hooves should hire a pro charger for all his stuff
Why spend 60 dollars on a jump pack when you have multiple cars that can do the same thing.
@@gingerninjer355 Bruh, your taking a comment, on a youtube video by a guy who's schtick is that he makes financially terrible decisions while never having the knowhow or tools to actually fix his own car, too seriously. Perhaps he has battery packs, and doesn't want to dig one out of a trunk of his cars, when he can just use another car. It also makes for great video to show more of his cars off. Like do you genuinely think a person who could afford to spend tens of thousands on cars that he'd never get back unless his video does well, who frequently has to deal with electrical issues in cars, wouldn't have a jump pack somewhere?
TL;DR why so serious?
He probably has to use them so often that he never had one charged

I loved my H2. I really didn't understand why it wasn't a diesel. There are guys out there who diesel swap the H2 to a duramax and it gets over 20MPG and towing capacity increases.

I was a kid when those Typhoons came out and I thought they were the coolest thing in the world! I had a Jimmy when i was a teen and man do I miss that thing. Soo many good memories.
The very first vehicle that I purchased was a new Chevy Blazer S10 in 1989. I kept it mint. The only thing I customized was some discreet pin-stripping on the exterior. It was reliable, pretty much indestructible with that V6-Vortec engine, didn't eat oil, and was pretty decent on the gas mileage (about 20 mpg). I ended up giving it to my dad years ago, who used it as a daily driver for work...he was driving about 40k miles per year with that thing...along with his dog, Stoli (our Vizsla and the S-10's co-pilot). Best dad-dog-vehicle combo ever!
That S-10 finally died with over 400K miles to its clock....we think. The electronic LED display punched out early, at around 350K miles.
Damn, we miss that dog...and the SUV-coupe.

I'll admit it. The 1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT Ram air remains one of my all time favorite cars. i loved the styling as ridiculous as it was, it had a fantastic amount of power for the price and year and was just a all around fun car to own. It obviously doesn't hold up to todays cars, but honestly I would probably buy one in a heartbeat if GM brought it back with a modern engine and amenities.

I would keep the Aston Martin too. That car is special, and that engine is special too, I agree you would never ever get one like it back.
The Supercharged 3.2 litre AJ16 is a highly underrated and under appreciated engine, an inline straight six with smooth power delivery, waves of effortless torque...
Jaguar made the 4.0 litre AJ16 their supercharged engine of choice for the first XJR, but it has a much longer stroke so it isn't as perky.
Ford came along and installed the Jaguar Land Rover V8 engines from 1998 onwards that weren't anywhere near as reliable as the 1994-1997 inline sixes because it's what people wanted, but they lost the newly found reliability of the final iteration of inline sixes. They had finally fixed the electronics and the hardware.
I'm gagging to try the 3.2 supercharged engine as an XJR6 owner. I'd imagine the 3.2 being very willing, but the 4.0 is a force of nature in the mid range.
@@Biggles I absolutely get what you mean, the 4.0 is a highly capable engine and easy to love. The XJR is undoubtedly one of the most charismatic Jaguars to date, and I am very pleased to hear you're using yours as intended ;)
The biggest differences between (most) XJRs and the DB7 is that manual gearbox. The Getrag really allows the AJ16 engine to show what it's made of in 4.0 or 3.2 flavour, but with the auto box most commonly in the Jaguar it makes the most sense to have the 4.0.
We're getting to the point now where the inline 6's are becoming (almost) impossible to find outside of an eBay auction being parted out, so it is great to hear you're keeping the flame alive
And it is a Manual.
He can buy another 911 anytime he wants, manual Astons will become collectables.

Eh 🤷♂️ I’ve never cared too much about them. I thought the H1 was pretty cool but never really liked the ones that came after.
To each, their own...I guess.
The Syclone was the truck version. I remember them coming out as I was graduating high school. A buddy of mine bought a syclone & they were expensive a/f back then
If I remember correctly they were around $20K CDN at the time which was a lot considering the S10 was around $14K fully loaded. But I took one for a test drive and they did go like stink. Totally useless in a Canadian winter but a summer blaster it was awesome.
I ended up buying an 1984 S10 with a 350 conversion. I put in a Hurst ratchet shifter, better shocks and brakes and that thing was a rocket.

I'm really glad you kept the DB7 and the Typhoon, definitely the right move. Both are completely different yet similar in that they have a very special quality to them, and are so rare you would never replace them. I REALLY want to drive a manual 3.2 DB7 one day, mainly to feel the difference against my 4.0 I6 supercharged Jaguar XJR.

I' was so scared you were going to get rid of the Typhoon. Thank god. That's such an awesome car. The electric idea is actually awesome.
I always get confused with the 'Typhoon' name. Here in Australia, that's a version of the Ford Falcon called the FPV Typhoon, a 4.0l turbocharged straight 6 sedan
Well this Typhoon came out much earlier. In this case, Typhoon is the model. On the Falcon it's an edition/trim level.
@@notDonaldFagen The FPV F6 Typhoon was its own thing. FPV cars were derivative of the Ford Falcon and they were their own thing, just like the GMC Typhoon was a derivative of the GMC Jimmy. People always referred to it as the Typhoon and it was a completely different, specially made sedan for Ford lovers with extra cash and a dream car for the rest of the Ford fanbase that never had that kind of money. Once FPV was on the decline, European and Japanese vehicle sales were on the rise. The FPV division of Ford Australia was the last breath of performance and muscle car combined Australiana culture. The car culture is now derivative of UA-camrs from the US with noisy turbo diesel 4x4s and trucks whether they are actually used off-road or as pavement queens. That's what people want and want to be now. The muscle car as a mainstay of the core of the overall culture is dead and relegated to collectors and those who are "sitting" on nice cars people would like to see in public on the weekends. Have to pay to see a number of them at car shows. The 5 day per week minimum sighting of muscle cars is over.
So pleased you are keeping the Aston and Typhoon. Huge brownie points dude! I’d say this is the best decision you’ve made yet!

Talk about a Sophie’s choice between the Aston and 911. Think you made the right call, but man that’s such a cool car, especially after it’s been sorted. Landon would love a new Typhoon too. Great video.
I am surprised Tyler that you don’t have a “ Collection “ of suitable different amp solar chargers for your cars depending on what each car’s CC is .
These chargers can either be plugged into the cigarette lighter ( For cars with a permanent live socket ) or clipped onto the battery .
I have used them on various cars and found them good at keeping batteries power topped up so no flat battery.
It even works off indoor light as well as outside sun .
