    I’ve been trying to find something that fits how I’ve felt for so long and this video hits me very hard. My therapist recently diagnosed me with cptsd and it took me a while to accept that. After accepting it I still felt/feel like there was/is something more and this hits so much of the things I can’t really explain in our sessions. Question though you talk about “parts” but that’s usually used when referring to disorders like OSDD and DID. Is structural dissociation like a mild version of those conditions?

      I am sorry about what you have been through but I am glad this may offer some clarity.
      You raised a complex question. We can say that yes, but I think of them differently too. To use an old school psychiatric language, I think of this more as a ‘neurotic spectrum’ ‘disease’ than a ‘psychotic’ one. It’s hard to explain in a youtube comment… 🙏
