Gradually. I'd suggest it is not fair on the client for you to practice and learn at their expense. If I have a consultant learning something new, maybe certain analysis for example, they will do a few projects first with one of our more experienced consultants. And I don't charge the client for their time.
I presume you have experience in the industry and already understand what specific services you can offer? Prioritise the top 5, and maybe start with the one that will deliver the greatest client benefit?
