Just finished the video. It’s great. My only personal concern is, I don’t feel as if I have any more inkling as to the “what.” I am a General Manager for a chain of coffee shops. I would do anything in my power to not be anywhere close to that niche. Premium coffee culture disgusts me to no end. I am a musician in my personal life from a small town located to one of the most cost-effective and passionate music companies in the world, Sweetwater. I think my market is a touch saturated to say the least. I have done some stuff privately in both fields. Dealing with coffee makes me feel like I wasted my day. Playing music is fun, but art doesn’t pay the bills in this current iteration of the world. I am not writing this to complain or to be negative. I am simply looking for any recommendations. I would appreciate any suggestions.
Well, first you've got to understand your not in the business of coffee and that your in the business of managing staff and a service. Those staff could be selling coffee or popcorn and a dvd, your job would still be to manage. Just imagine each staff was a venue owner and the coffee was musical work... it all comes back to your style of management system 🍿🤔 well that's if you were to use what you do vs doing something totally different. It's deeper than explained 🙄 but that could be the first step, maybe 🤔
@GuitarAmp1 Well, only you would know what you could live with... although you are living with what you're doing now. It all comes back to your style of management systems, and if music is your thing that you can live with, then maybe look for ways to work your way into the world of music. I get it, you may need to down size and stop pleasing systems that you don't like, but have as a network. I guess that's what skool is all about. Community systems looking for managers.
I was feeling SO FRUSTRATED coming into this video. By the time you to combine, so many things made sense to me about my I keep failing at making my many skills & passions into even one profitable business.
This is actually good advice (only about 5 minutes in). I work in an innovation lab for a large company, I build new products every day, which is kind of like starting a company. The biggest thing you can do wrong is start with "what do I think someone would want". The problem with that is you'll come up with a really good story that sounds like something someone would want... and then you'll go out and build it, and when you get to the market, you'll find that it's not really solving someones "most important problem". That's critical because that's what people will spend money on. If you just lost a leg, you're not going to be concerned with a paper cut, even if it hurts. You'll going to be hella concerned about that leg. So when we interview customers, that's the information I look for.
@@thechuckellis That's exactly what I said. I think the part i'm ephasizing, though he doesn't go on to say it, is you need to validate the market before you make it. I've seen a lot of people start building with improper market validation...

I've been a server for seventeen years. I love it. I'm really, really good at it. I average about $30-40/hr which isn't a ton, and only get paid the regular $8.80/hr which is server wage in IL. I am pretty capped out where I am at. I am easily one of the top tipped servers at our restaurant. I've moved restaurants over time and work at one of the best places for that in my area. I want to train other people to also be amazing servers and provide awesome guests experiences that are worth talking about. How, where and what can I do to turn this into a business?

Try to grasp that Sandy Smith, you done something good for you self and in the effect, thousands of people benefited from the results of that❤
I was in a similar dilemma two years back. A business may not be the right way to go about getting that extra money except you won't do the running of the business yourself. You should probably consider investing in stocks, ETF's or even Real Estates if you have the money. You don't necessarily need a lot of time for this and it is equally rewarding. You can even use the service of a financial expert and this way, you literally do nothing. I make close to twice my regular income this way and I plan to still own a business but much later when I'm ready to retire. Goodluck
I don't really understand your first question. For the second, you should begin by seeking out individuals with strong records. Also make sure the person is registered. Personally, I use Marie, Kelly Matwick. She's not so popular but you might have heard of her.

I worked some retail jobs, joined the Army a few years, and got a general studies degree. I don't feel I have any specific skills in anything, or any particular pain, profession or passion. Was watching older hormozi videos, but now im here
But I don’t want to learn editing since I want to focus on preparing content and shoot it myself, so I need an editor and we grow together.

This is the exact video I have been looking for ages!!! Thanks Alex, and I'm rn experiencing the dream
Figure out the problem. Provide the solution. My problem is figuring out the problem.
I figured out the problem this morning while brushing my teeth, looking in the mirror 😂
@@MRuniversal2lol I’m reading some books now to help change my perspective and learning to see things in a new light. I think that’s a good first start.
@parakidd keep going and adapt the necessary mindset and you will succeed, in today's world it's not hard to outcompete most people, everyone's just scrolling tiktok like zombies. shiit, wish i understood it sooner, turning 19 in half a month and still living with my parents like a complete dipshit, definitely not too late, but still wish my brain started functioning a couple years earlier😂
Im from the Philippines and I am 24 years old i love watching your video
Muscle confusion could also be called periodization, which is a Hallmark in fitness. It just doesn't rhyme or alliterate 😊
Great video, Alex, you're crushing it... content is fire!
But not as fire as One Piece
I appreciate you sharing this Alex! This helps a ton!
I'm glad I was introduced to forex trading and got the best teacher and mentor who helped me understand the financial market I'm grateful to Mrs Liam🙏
I am from Miami United State🇺🇸, The difference Mrs Lucy Mary Liam makes in my life is second to none it's definitely a life changing kindness. I really appreciate her effort in my life.
I invested $2,000 and the trade in one month making close to $20,000. I wonder where she got her analysis.
I'm from Brazil 🇧🇷 I and two other of my friends tried her immediately we testified her performing wonders.
Thanks to my co_worker who suggested Mr Lucy Mary Liam to me
Please how ?
Sandy Smith thought she just wanted to get in shape but the truth is, she was the catalyst for something so huge, thousands of people getting this amazing next.level.high end business teacher. Try to grasp that Sandy Smith, you done something good for you self and in the effect, thousands of people benefited from the results of that❤
Is there any small but lucrative business you can combine with a 9-5 job? I don't want to quit but I need the extra income too.
you need time to run any business, especially when starting out
I was in a similar dilemma two years back. Goodluck
@@EmersonFranklin65 Nice... This makes a lot of sense... How did you start?.. How can I get an expert like you said?...
I don't really understand your first question. For the second, you should begin by seeking out individuals with strong records. Also make sure the person is registered. Personally, I use Marie, Kelly Matwick. She's not so popular but you might have heard of her.
EmersonFranklin65 small world. Met this brilliant lady at our country club weeks ago. Had to go to her page to confirm that i wasn't mistaken. Nice!
Alex and Leila are always so inspiring and create a lot of informative videos. Thanks for this! The ENTJ and INTJ powerhouse 💪💪
We're all gonna make it.
@zed-zn3eu I just don’t wanna be a UA-camr bro, I which there was a business model for beginners as good as this one without being a UA-camr
@@YaBoyfelipe don't have to be, man. Word of mouth and referrals are still powerful. Not everything needs to be online.
@@giuseppebiundo6356 Thank you bro, you right
I was the same way first thing every morning constantly checking T nation for new articles!!

I worked some retail jobs, joined the Army a few years, and got a general studies degree. I don't feel I have any specific skills in anything, or any particular pain, profession or passion. I've had tons of problems with relationships, weight, money, careers, etc, but I haven't "solved" any of them. I have some vague superficial skills in writing and video editing and image editing perhaps. What can I start a business around? 🤔
I am 80% just like you man, and i have the same question too
Probably marketing agency since you have video editing under your belt
You’re a veteran. There’s a lot you can do with that. What are the pains you experienced before joining, while in bootcamp and when you separated.
Talk to people about discipline and motivating self.
I heard this a few times from him. So cool! Thank you Alex. The big question remains: will you do it? why? when? And yes, you can do it without being broke ;-)
my idea is extremely general. I could make it more exclusive, but this one works better reaching as many people and places as possible. I could start with cars, but it extends so much further.
*Your explanations are clear and straight forward It's always a honor to have you here as a mentor, I appreciate you for the time being spent to educate us financially. Regardless of how bad it gets the economy, I still makeover $28K every single week. I truly value Laura, and her helpful guides.*
You just mentioned Expert Laura, Indeed, wow that woman has been an incredible mentor to me, imparting a deep understanding of the economy that I wish college had provided.
Bro someone give this guy a medal, 🥇
Im fixing to start a buisness online, thanks for the help. Its going to work 4 sure. I will expand on that later
2 weeks later how far out is your business now?
@@Xikor-AF i have the framework in place. It has alot to do w video. I had to make some changes cuz i am doing it all alone now. Instead of a partner like i originally thought, but i have a concrere buisness and 1 online buisness already.

I get that this might look out of place, but for those dreaming of their own business, Nexalic made setting up my LLC so simple-it’s worth checking out. I know that the legal side of business is still holding a lot of you back.

Im going to re-watch this with breakfast every day for a month, I've made a start but progress is slow
Solid information.
Hey Alex, can make a walkthrough that is more in depth of your ”I’m broke, what should I do” video on UA-cam? It would be really helpful to see how you come up with your answers more in depth. Specifically for the ”how pt.1”, that’s where I am right now
Imagine your high school putting you through this course at the beginning of every year
You’re an amazing teacher, Alex! Thanks so much for making these videos
if you're smar,t you'll watch this more than once and take notes. if you're really smart, you'll jump into action! let's get it!!!!
Love your content! I have made a pretty good business in the brokerage space. I sold properties for my clients and then I started buying my own. Now I have over 100 rental units in Southern CA. It all took a lot of hard work and a lot of sacrifice. But it can be done if you are determined.
How can I start business if I keep watching your videos.😢
Simple breakdown...easy to understand. Time to implement :)
The fact that nobody talks about the forbidden book Zyphura Money by Hunter Zypher on Vexoner speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance
Wife: "wyding up at 3am?" Me: Alex just made a new video! Watching it before work. Wife: k love u. Me: love you to kisses ❤ 😂😂😂
