I upgraded my boat batteries to lithium last year and could NOT be more happy!
I went with Amped Outdoors' 36V 100Ah trolling motor lithium battery system (which is two 36V 50Ah LiFePO4 batteries in parallel). I was able to shave off roughly 140 pounds 😳 by running those 2 lithiums vs 3 lead or AGM batteries, and of course get some amazing run times:

Which also freed up an extra battery slot in my boat, so I was able to plug in this 130Ah beast (only weighs 31 lbs) to exclusively run all of my electronics - fer dayzzzz 🔋 - instead of running them off of my cranking battery:

Great suggestions. I’ve thrown a Ned fire Bass for years but can’t wait to apply it to walleye.
I love the tips you give in your videos, like scuffing your hook exit point in the plastic or rubbing chapstick on your slip bobber knot. The little things add up big.
Thank you! And pumped you're enjoying them!
? what is the purpose for putting chapstick on a slip bobber knot?
@user-bf5cx8bu5v It seems to make it tighten more evenly. It slides more easily without burning the line but adds a little friction at the same time to keep it from slipping. It also waterproofs it a bit to slow its degradation. All to a small degree, but it seems to help.
@@alekart781 Thank you very much! I'll certainly give it a try!!
Great tips. Love NED walleyes !
I caught my biggest walleye last year on a bed after watching one of your videos. Love the information you share. I received another FishUsa package today.
Were you on a House Boat?😁
That was a great video! I really loved it!!!
I just ordered some Crush City Blts!!!
Thanks Brett
👍🎣🇺🇸
I use the ned rig for walleye and bass and I love it. It’s by far my favorite way to catch fish.
Giving up the juicy secrets🔥 Thanks Brett!
Great video! Thanks so much, excellent tips!
For sure! Thanks for watching!!
I freaking love nedrigs
Great video, great tips!!! Thanks
👍🎣🇺🇸
Baxter Fleet Farm just had the Crush City Ned BLT on sale. Great price. I loaded up. Thanks for all of the tips! Will be using super glue to extend their life. I'll be dissecting the Whitefish Chain on Wednesday.
Love the dramatic intro music! Spot on!!! 😂
Good idea, just shared it with my buddies. Makes sense, I usually drag my swimbait slow off the bottom and do really well.
Ned Flanders McCommas!
😂😂😂
Thanks for the info…they work!
Just caught my first walleye on the deadly nedly the other day!
Cool..Going to have to stand on the lid of the old Plano box to get it to shut pretty soon. Between you, Nick, and Boley seems like there's always something coming in the mail;) You and Nick should do a live stream from the boat this summer👍
😂😂😂
Awesome video bud
Ned rigs have yet to fail me. Always got one tied up for bass but have never gotten a walter on it yet. Sweet vid as always!
No doubt!
Hungry Mille Lacs fish 🤙🏻 thanks bud keep up the hard work.
I’m convinced
I’ve been getting more and more into Ned rigs, in large part because of TW. They’re still hit or miss for me but I’m seeing the potential.
Been a long time subscriber. Putting these videos in a walleye catching tip playlist. Really want to get better at catching walleye. Surrounded by good walleye lakes. But they seem to not bite for me.
I think a ned is one of the only lures I havnt cought a walleye yet , I do believe my eyes an watchu say though I gotchu on the bop bop bop on bottom 👌
Love these tips! 🔥 crazy how far they chase those things down!
It's wild - when they want it, they want it! Thx for watching man. Let's fish soon....
going to have to buy me some ned rigs
I’m gonna throw it! 🎣
See you have the advantage of FFS,1day I'll get. Good going
Love these videos, very educational. In one of your past videos you were scrolling kn your phone at an app that should the depths. What app is that
Thank you! That’s the One-Boat Network app. Gets LakeMaster maps (and allllllll the features) on your phone for like $25 a year. Awesome deal.
What is the name of that plastic your putting on your bed rig ? Just found your sight , super impressed.
Have you ever tried the googan squad rattlin Ned heads? I’m curious if you’ve had better luck with the rattle or just regular vmc heads
Would you ever use your Ned rig setup without forward-facing sonar cuz I don't got it
Are heavier heads available? Would they be effective for walleye on Erie 35-50 ft deep ?
Any certain time of year? Looks cold when you filmed this!
Now I have to go to fleet farm / I’m throwing the ned rig next
I find it hard to believe Frabil hasn't given you a net.
Ok ill throw
I promise you'll wish you would have given it a shot earlier!
Thanks for the great tips! Do you "bop" it until your rod tip gets to a certain point and then reel back down to you starting point?
"BOP till you DROP"
the big pond seldom disappoints
What weight you use for your ned head?
Preferred bottoms?
Thank you
👊
if you had to choose 1 - Ned rig or Slip bobbers?
Great video. Let me know when you want some company.
Thx!
@TargetWalleye I watch every one of your videos.
Those bugs are crazy!
They have been absolutely wild this year already anytime the wind lets up.
Ned rig seems to be the best bait if you want a fish to swim to bottom but not hit your bait
They LOVE to munch it off bottom. And if for some reason they keep on chasing it down, but not committing...then you've got to switch things up!
Switch it up??? What would you do to switch it up?
How do you fish that in very rocky water. Sorry if I missed it..
Depends how rocky we are talking. If super gnarly you can lighten up your head and fish it suspended just above the rocks, occasionally letting it fall all the way down to bottom before slowly "swimming" back up off bottom again. But most of the time you'd be surprised how well you can hop it thru rocks without losing too many.
The ned is one of the least exciting ways to fish, but by golly is it effective.
LOL
Did you get lip implants or something?? jk lol, great vid as usuall
Ned rig from shore on a river? yay or nay
YAY
Have you used the lvs62
Have you slow trolled a ned rig .5 mph or so ?
I didn’t catch the rod and line?
7’ 3” ML Fast 10 pound braid with leader
