    Uso,
you’re quite literally impacting so many peoples lives all over the world including mine and this is only the beginning of all the blessings about to come your way.
I’ve seen a couple people mention in the comments about considering lower impact movements for your knees to prevent injury.
This would be wise to consider now because you’re relatively early in the journey.
The last thing we all want for you is be out injured later down the track.
Keep inspiring us uso! Much love and respect from Melbourne.

When I first lost my 30 pounds, I always use to look in the mirror at the gym, and say, “Today is the LAST day I will ever be exactly this size.” For some reason, it helped knowing that all my small changes would make a big impact. I am inspired by you. It’s more mindset than anything else. 😁🙌🏻

I was never a runner. I never even thought I could be. And running in the early stages of weight loss SUCKED, because all that weight just hanging off of you, bouncing with every step, it's horrible. But when I finally dropped enough weight that I stopped having that issue, I absolutely fell in love with running, just because I *could* do it. It was the greatest feeling in the world, and undeniably the biggest surprise of my personal weight loss journey. I hope you can find that same feeling.

Inspirational stuff. You should be extremely proud of yourself. You've lost 37.5lbs in 7 weeks, that's nearly 5.5lbs per week. That's amazing. I'm sure that will slow down when you start to become lighter but don't be discouraged.
Just a reminder, running will be very hard on your knees at your current weight. I personally wouldn't recommend it but its your decision. Either way, you're doing brilliantly.

I don’t want to minimize the amount because it is crazy impressive, but the heavier you start, the more initial weight you lose. Me and a buddy started going to the gym 5 times a week at the same time and he’s lost 18 pounds while I’ve maintained weight while gaining muscle. He’s about 80 pounds heavier than me though.

Hey I also have struggled with being underweight for my whole life. I hit the minimum weight for my height about half a year ago and I started getting my period every month! It's so weird, I've never weighed properly ever in my life. I feel huge and it's so weird. I still have a problem with thinking that a normal amount of weight is fat or see myself as fat right now but in actual fact I'm only the minimum weight for my height and everyone says I still look slim. I'm still not used to it but now I love it. Anyways wishing you good luck because I know how exciting it is to gain 5lbs when we don't weigh a lot. Small amounts are super noticeable when you're underweight.

I’m so proud of you and you motivate me in more ways than weight loss. You motivate me to stop being scared of my dreams and to go for even if it’s hard as heck! Thank you for sharing your journey

Really nice to see you have so many experienced people around you that can encourage and help you on your journey. Especially with running, it's nice when someone can run by your side and set the pace. Also running on the field is nice because it's a softer ground and therefore reduces your impact force. Always make sure to drink enough while running and when running on harder surfaces like the street, get proper running shoes. I believe in you, your progress is amazing!
