As a rangers fan, I would say this season could be very fun for royals fans. Although I don’t think the royals will compete down the stretch, there are still so many young talented players on the roster. Witt, Pasquantino, Pratto, Melendez and Singer are all very fun to watch and could have breakout seasons this year.

In cricket, the equivalent position would be the wicketkeeper. Rather like goalkeepers in soccer, they have a reputation for being eccentric. They're positions where mistakes are really glaring.

Terribly hard to decipher sarcasm over text sometimes… but in case you’re being earnest, catcher’s have been framing pitches since the advent of baseball. The sport is filled with instances of gamesmanship and this is no different. From relaying signs as a runner on second, hidden ball tricks, etc etc. All part of a game that intentionally doesn’t rule out deception.
"Framing" not pose be catch out of zone and jerk it back to center to full the ump...its pose be beat ball "past" the spot and catch the boader line pitches in the way BACK TO the zone...then stick it!
