I like mixing this with 4 oz of 1% lactose milk and 4 oz of filtered water. Shake it up very good in the shaker cup. Put it in the freezer for 35 minutes. Take it out and shake it up vigorously some more...drink. legit tastes like a high quality oreo milk shake.

Figured they’d load it with sugar but 25 G protein vs 3 g sugar is incredible
And 2 of them aren’t added sugars!
The thing is ghost uses sevral artificial sweeteners and several gums and other things.
@Randomdudefromthehoodreal and I will be honest I haven't done my research on those. I've heard alot of conflicting information about aspartame and Stevia and other sweeteners my personal favorite is monkfruit sweetener
The thing is it uses stuff like aspartame and Sucralose, rather than stevia or monk fruit unfortunately. I wish they did.
I don't use the full scoop when I'm drinking it as I'm not a fan of drinking my shakes but cooking with it but I tried it with the Fair life chocolate milk and it tasted better than using it in the normal milk. I'm still trying to nail using it it in pancakes and waffles to eat in

I wonder if this protein powder is keto friendly?
In my opinion it doesn't taste like Oreos, I make ice cream with it and it seriously lacks chocolate flavor, I add cookies n cream pudding mix and black cocoa powder and it still doesn't help. It just tastes like straight up vanilla. Your best bet is crush actual Oreos into it, i didn't have this problem with the nutter butter, it tasted actually good, both Oreo and Oreo birthday cake are a total miss on the flavor

I prefer the oreo over chip's ahoy as it blends better and doesnt sit in the bottom too much. Baking with chips ahoy is amazing however

Meh. I bought a tub and it’s just okay. The actual shake has a really big “protein powder” taste. Once you get through that and to the Oreos, then you’re golden but the overall product is pretty underwhelming.
MTS Whey - cookies and cream is the GOAT of C&C flavors. It tastes like legit melted ice cream. It’s incredible.

Ghost whey is amaziung made as a sludge, and if you put it in the freezer for a few min its even better. But its really sticky on your lips lol but delicious and i dont even buy shakers anymore
