Hi Jessica I just wanted to express how thankful I am for your work, I have been doing your videos since my 2nd (twin) pregnancy, I am now 20 months PP and I am doing them daily at the moment! They help me heal my body and my mind :) I wanted to make a suggestion for some new videos : a short 15min yoga flow for the morning and one for bedtime would be a great way to start and end the day!!
Thank you for these videos! My physical therapist recommended you to me. The exercises are exactly what I needed and was looking for! (5 months post-partum c-section)
I've started the postpartum 7 days challenge and I have added this ab workout to every day workout. It feels awesome after and I feel much more energised when playing with my little boy. Thank you for all your workout videos, love them!
I just found your video, I am a full time student studying to become a registered Dietitian and a full time mom with twin boys. they are now 7 months old, it is tough juggling being both a full time mom and student and trying to get my body back into shape while dealing with postpartum depression but I will press on. Thank you for this short workout video.
I really enjoy every single video of your channel! I am beyond happy that I discovered it, you diserve so much more recognition on UA-cam. Thank you so so much for sharing🙏 I'm not a fan on doing sports, but these types of exercises are my favorite and I do them every single day❤
I’ve been working out with you since I was in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. My son turns 6 months on Thursday! Thank you for all of your workouts. You’re amazing! ♥️

Hi, new subby, just found you today! Q: Which workout would you recommend for Diastasis Recti 5 1/2yrs post partum (waited too long 🤦♀️) but new to HIIT? I'm 40, out of shape, no consistent exercise for yrs....and I REALLY need to lose a good few inches from the belly!
I have found lots of DR safe exercises on here and other channels. . And ones to heal it up. I've had DR for 23 years and doing proper DR exercises have helped heal mine up.
Hmm… I’m guessing you need some foot and ankle strength, but if you aren’t sure a physical therapist would be the best person to check it out of you are experiencing pain. In the pose, let your foot relax into the floor (don’t scrunch toes) and press into the floor evenly from the four corners of your foot.
Actually Yes, as long as you aren’t getting any doming. Also you can go a little slower if needed and ensure to exhale and hug baby in tight (so your stomach) shrinks before lifting your knee up)
I could not at all do this workout it's way too hard. not only could I not breath but I couldn't coordinate myself to do the moves properly, even the "adjustments"
I love your workouts BUT the music is giving me a headache..! It’s loud and disturbing.. louder than your voice 😊 I wish you could add relaxing music instead.. in a lower volume!
lol mine got hungry right in the middle! Did half then fed bubs then continued the other half. I'm glad I had a good excuse for a mini break in between. 🤣

Amazing work out. Struggled a little with balancing on one leg. Will do this the entire week and hopefully I get better at balancing on one leg.

Hi
Sutured perineum for 2nd degree tear, it hurts as if misaligned suturing.
Did anyone else had misaligned suturing by an annoyed obs doctor ?
