    1. Chug a glass of water or two. You can add a slice of lemon.
    2. Make your bed in the morning.
    3. Meditate right when you wake up.
    4. Make a plan of the day in the morning.
    5. Exercise in the morning.
    6. Keep a journal.
    7. Taking a cold shower.
    8. Have a healthy breakfast.
    9. Wake up early (5 or 6 in the morning).
    10. Visualize your perfect day. Sit back and just think of the perfect day.
    11. Don't snooze.
    12. Don't check your phone in the morning.
    13. Avoid TV as well. Switch on music instead.
    14. Before going to bed, layout the clothes for the next day.
    15. Don't guzzle sugar when you wake up.
    16. Every morning, think of something that gives you something to look forward to.
    17. Smile when you wake up.
    18. Let the natural morning light in
    Don't know if i missed out on one, or combined two of them. But here's a quick list of what i got.

      Also just a tip for everyone let some sunlight reach your bed/bed covers if possible or keep your bed covers off your bed so it cools down for a while so it’s more hygienic for the next night - read it somewhere ages ago :)

    These work! even if you don't do them every day or you don't do all of them, they help. I love meditation and visualization in particular.

    IMO i think listening to your fav song in the morning could make ur day much better and pleasant. Also put music while u having a cold shower i made us relax and know the amount of time while we shower.

    I always snooze a thousend times, then get out of bed, shower under a million decrees celsius for half an hour, my work clothes are always the same, then without break fast get in to the car and smoke a sigaret, than drive to work with the will to die.
