Not for me. My alarm was 7:00 and I would wake up from 5:30 to 6:30 accidentally. So most of the time, I don't even sleep in to my alarm, and if I did, I wouldn't feel tired at all.

Those 5 minutes extra only help if you actually set your alarm 5 min later so you don't get disturbed. Why snooze when you could just set your alarm later and actually sleep those 'extra' minutes?

Oh yes, if there’s a house fire, you totally should use your phone to call 911 and proceed to sit there in the burning house for 20 minutes until the fire truck shows up. Immediately leaving the house when you realize there’s a fire just isn’t a good option apparently 😒

3: after brushing your teeth eat breakfast
4: have a shower
5: get dressed
6: get ready for school
None will be hard but I will need to remind myself of these tips so I don’t forget any. Making sure I make my bed before leaving my room, brush my teeth right away before food, take a cool shower, drink water before my coffee, eat a healthy high protein breakfast, and make time for a gentle stretch. Sounds like a great pre work morning routine I’ll have to give it a try💕
