Loved the night shoot. Well I loved both. They’re amazing like always
People are so rude getting in the way of your shots.. But, they look amazing!! Nice work, Anita.
I love your work! Such an inspiration!
Great video! What I really like is that you show a lot of pictures which you took in the video because we can see the effects of your work! Nice!
great tutorial! really loved how you made it a personal journey/diary , thanks!
Wooowwzzaaaa I love this ANITA!!!! Always bringing beautiful images! THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR BEING MY INSPIRATION!!!!
Carlos Reyes yaaaay thank you!!! Glad you like my little happy creations hehe ❤️
Well done shooting on the crowded streets Anita! It's not easy trying to concentrate and get your shots with so much going on around you, that you also have to keep one eye on. I developed my on location editorial experience first by shooting on the streets of Paris. Your other on location projects will seem easier afterwards :- ) Absolutely this is where having assistants/friends to support you can make a difference.
One tip, get an Air BnB near to your shoot location. Often cheaper than a studio, the team can then use this as a base for the day for the models to prep and change. This becomes especially important if you're shooting 8-10 looks and have a mid-sized/large crew.
Fantastic to see that you shot with Paula, she's great. I shot an editorial with her back in January.
Give me a shout next time you're in London!
John Sansom Photography hey John, thank you!
And yes I thought of an AirBnb but considering it’s London and the cheapest one was around £80-100 it just wasn’t in my budget!
And yeah, Paula was so lovely to work with :) ❤️
For sure, London is expensive.
I now think of editorial spend, as part of my business marketing budget. Once I started tracking how clients found me and how much revenue was generated from specific editorial projects, I was able to see how the "investments" actually pay off.
John Sansom Photography exactly. If it’s a paid project I usually budget accordingly but on tests a tent or a pub must do😅
Haha. Yes, plenty of pubs in this part of the world. I've used my car as a mobile changing room before. Whatever it takes to get the shot :-)
John Sansom Photography awesome feedback!
ISO 1000??' THAT'S INSANEEEEE, loved the session tho
Gorgeous!
loved it
Love Love Love your videos
Darius Cortez thank you 😘
Hi Anita, could you make a video about the outfits for editorials, How do you get the ideas? Where do you get the clothes etc ? Love your work
Love you lots Anita!
Jeff Jean hehe Thanks :D
Great video and yeah, I had a shoot last night and I used flash but I'm like you, I would rather use natural light but anyways, awesome images! Looking forward to your next video.
Divineshot 314 i just wish there were more neons! And thank you :)
hahahaha the models face when the guy needlessly cut between the two of you was hilarious. I hate shooting around people, you kept your cool very well!
jessicahobin I hate people in general so it was a challenge alright 😂😂😂😂😂
Great video
I need to do a shoot there! For some reason ive never thought of doing ome there even though i adore it there
itsabbyokay It’s an awesome place to shoot, people can be a handful but I still loved it there!
I done a shoot very recently in Soho & used the same shop with Neon signs ... Soho/china town is just such a cool place with endless locations to shoot ...
love your videos..keep up the great work
GilbertTV It’s so Cool! I just wish the people would go away Hahahaah:D thank you!
Anita Sadowska if only. Even a 4am in morning it's busy. Haha
Well done! I have a question please what equipment you are using to record yourself like that. The sound of your voice is sharp despite being in such a place.
Not in HD......crying!! ahahah :)
How do you shoot and edit that all your models on the photos look so natural and have soft skin?
What time was it during the day shoot?
05:55 homegirl just did a hand stand
Another brilliant video! I love how you managed to use the neon lights to your advantage, great images too! I want to shoot there now lol. I wanted to know how you work around 1000 ISO, were the images first grainy before post processing?
Joe Hunter they were slightly grainy alright but nothing too extreme! It might be an issue if I was to print them in a large format but for A4/online it’s a totally acceptable level of grain I feel!
Anita Sadowska that makes sense now! I usually used to get worried when my ISO goes too high lol. Thanks Anita 🙌🏻
Joe Hunter I’m this same! I guess you just need to take a risk from time to time and experiment!
799th like!! we should collab if you come to london again!!
When you said you were shooting 1000 iso my mind was blown. And then i thought. "wow i need a better camera." Good video as always!
The Bruce Allen yeah the iso is really good in the full frames, i could have probably pushed it even further!
Piggyback shooters 😂😂😂
you had all the outfit changes in a suitcase near by?
Antonio Martinez yeah :)
Are you gonna reupload this in HD? I'm dying to watch it but I'll wait if you're going to.
Gabe Gomez I actually did! Not sure what’s the issue. Emailed UA-cam support about it 😬
Ah cool and ugh I'm sorry they're having issues. Keep up the amazing work! I've been watching your stuff since your first video 3 years ago and you are a true inspiration both as a professional and as a kind person.
Gabe Gomez thank you so much!!! That means a lot! Will let you know if I get it sorted 😬
If you change your white in the camera does that mean you don't shoot RAW?
quatie of course you can change your white balance and shoot raw
360p? whhhhhyyyy..lol
good question!!
480p
Anita where are you based ? I feel like you live In three other countries.
Dublin
I’m a bit all over alright :D And Yes, Dublin is Where i’m based :)
1/80 with a 100mm hmmm!! Not a Sony brand fan but renting a Sony A9 & 85mm 1.4 gmaster would have be much better. Looks like you were scare to push the ISO. Controlling the light isn't for everyone. haha!
you're a funny guy ;)
1:24 that guy, WTF
