Beachcombing - Illegal Fishing Panga

We find all kinds of boats wash up on the beaches of Texas. Today we found an illegal fishing panga boat with about 70 gallons of fuel, fishing boxes strung out across the beach, and authorities up and down the beach. there was a guy on the beach that worked with the coast guard to keep it. he had to fill out a bunch of paperwork, then they released it to him.

@@delila351 apparently the coast guard picked up the illegal fishermen 3 days prior and just let the boat drift in.

Maritime salvage regulations are usually pretty clear on this, whoever found it first. That's a sweet boat!
