Do you guys ever hop in a boat and check other islands like maurrel or the octopus 🐙 islands stewart ect.?
Yea we have two boats, a double eagle and a 14 foot tin. The beachcombing is relatively new for us and the weather has been crappy. We have pretty big plans for this upcoming summer and the UA-cam page. Lots of great outdoor adventures. And yes, we will be doing some island hopping. Catch and cooks. Overnight Camping In driftwood cabins and Bushcraft shelters. There’s that abandoned cabin on Breton Island we want to go spend the night there, but I’m waiting for fishing to open up.
Wicked . We have a "rustic " cabin out on maurrel . Fantastic hike up to the lakes full of trout . Hopefully we see you guys out that way . Keep having fun!

Beats our local beach.All you find are tampons and plastic bottles😞. One bonus after a big sea we get coal washed up. Great for a bit of free heat.

What is the exact name of the harvesting permit you guys are talking about? Or if anyone else knows please help.
Yeah, you can easily find it by typing in Driftwood salvage license BC into Google. It’s $250 a year. Only catches that there’s only one in the area that you have to take your logs to if you’re looking to cash in.

Dude, I live in a BIG city on the ocean and there isn't a cop who'd bat an eyelash over anyone snagging a driftwood log off the beaches. They're a hazard, don't you know? Maybe you have some misconceptions?
