I am 42lbs down since January this year. I have about 14 more lbs to go (maybe a little less as it's weigh day tomorrow 😉🤞) then I would like to keep going but more with muscle gain and fat loss. I just bought some clothes 2 sizes smaller than when I started. I cried in the changing rooms as it was pre children I was this size! I can't wait for the next part of my journey 🎉🎉
I’m ready! 9:59 I totally agree with your meals. I eat 6 “mini meals” a day. I divide my daily calories by 6. I do allow a bit of flexibility, like a smaller snack to have a bigger dinner. But all in all, it keeps my hunger and blood sugar in check, which has helped me successfully lose weight.

I have been working out but the pounds are not showing off 😢 I have a family wedding and 10 year anniversary in Europe that we’re celebrating in August and I want to look really healthy slim and good with my body! Plus, we have never been to hawaii and that’s been a dream of my husband and I since our honeymoon ( we went yo FL instead!) it would be a dream come true and answered prayer if it happens! 🙏🏼 I’m going to work hard and do my best! I can lose the weight no problem, jus toning up my legs is the hard part, an keeping weight off long term😅 which i know jus bad habits coming back.. i think i get discouraged because i need more help toning up. Rant over, gonna try this again im ready!
I’ve followed you for so long, and I’m so proud that you took calories out of your cookbook, because at one point you had 1,200 calories in one of your books as a daily intake. That’s so low, that’s terrible. Im glad you have done more research on food and calories. Go you 🥰🥰
I removed the calorie display, but the plans themself have been and are sound, no additional research needed. Most assume I'm just a youtuber or fitness is my hobby; when I'm actually a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist. The plans are created by myself and a Registered dietician, they have always been safe and healthy. In order to lose weight we must be in a caloric deficit. If you've eaten on my meal plans before, you know that you feel 110% full every day. Most are surprised at how filling it is when you eat whole nourishing foods.
Quick Q: so for your meal I saw a lot of greens and protein shakes, I’m not the biggest fan of both and sometimes gag if I feel like I’m forcing myself, what are some tips to maybe ease into them or liking them? I eat pretty healthy and clean but there’s room for improvement.. It’s just hard to wrap my mind around eating that much protein shakes and salad esp very often! I like a hearty breakfast. Help!! 🙏🏼 TYSM in advance Katie!
Totally understand that, what I can say is the smoothies in my plans are seriously delicious. They are just built different :) Eating that much protein is honestly the key to weight loss and building lean toned muscle. I agree, hard to wrap your head around at first, but it's the hack.
