My goal is to keep honoring my hunger. Coming from a history of eating disorders, even when I thought I was healed, I still wasn't always honoring my hunger so my goal is to keep doing that.
Amazing tips Katie! My goal for 2024 is to eat healthier and incorporate more LISS. I'd love to see more videos on easy, quick meal prep 🩷 I work long hours and commute, so it's easy to grab something quick and unhealthy.
My goal is to live more like "her", the best version of myself, everyday! Being more mindful and aware of all the choices I have during my day to live, cherish and enjoy my best life!
I started exercising daily back in October. I'm 40, have had 6 c-sections and haven't had an exercise routine since I was 16 years old. I love exercising now and it's pretty easy to stick to the routine now. However, I'm struggling with the calorie-deficit diet I'm trying to stick to. I've never been able to eat until several hours after waking up. Plus, I have the horrible habit of eating late. My #1 goal this year is to stop eating after a certain time. When I fall off the horse, I try to get back on!
I just ran into your page and let me tell you I'm so happy i saw this video. I had a baby 2 years ago and it has been so hard to get back into my healthy routine. I am definitely following these rules and will come back in a few months for an update. My goal this year is to find my healthy self again. Thank you. ❤
Watching this twice because it’s so good, thanks Katie! My 2024 goals is eating healthier, following the HBMP and lose some fat. I’m off track but I want to enjoy the holidays but create healthier habits again.
My goal is to vet toned and eat better, to feel more confident too. I trying to commit to it and I also wish all of you will get what you decide to pursue!
I have a 2 year old and an 8 month old. My goal is to meal prep so i can grab healthy meals during the day and i also want to be more consistent in my workouts! Loved this video thanks ❤
I'm excited to see your post. Ready for a new me. Grandma of 2 and I'm 51 so I need some help and I can't wait to look more into your way of loosing weight and maintaining..
Put veggies in your smoothie for more fibre. Spinach, frozen cauliflower, frozen zucchini, carrot and cucumber are all excellent. Instead of fruit next to your eggs, I would have veggies there too. Lightly sautéed tomatoes, zucchini and spring onions are a delicious accompaniment.
My goal for 2024 is to eat healthier and keep progressing on my weight strength which I have learned to love! I feel stronger and most important I feel good. I have lost 20 pounds and have 20 more to go. It is has been hard to loose 1 pound. Especially when I am over 40 and have hypothyroidism.
Went through a break up back in September and sorta resulted to drinking more then the norm. Finally making my way back into the gym full time, and found your videos. Find them really motivational, so thank you!
Foodwise: prep more Iced Green tea with lemon & fresh ginger! Also, juice and smoothie more! Eat more whole fruit! Wellness: Dusk walking for 40 minutes 4x a week to decompress the day, and more consistent skincare routine at night! Looking forward to 2024 with LSF! 💗🎊
Love your videos. Would like to see how to fit everything in with a busy lifestyle. I have 2 kids and my husband and I both work full time jobs. I wake up at 5AM every morning and I do not get back home till 5:40PM. Trying to eat healthy and get a work out in just seems impossible!! Would love to loose weight.
I did intermittent fasting for 20 yrs and found as I got older and wanted to increase my protein I needed to start earlier . I also found that fasting had painted me in a corner where my body was used to less calories and my metabolic rate had decreased. I had to increase my calories slowly concentrating on proteins and staying away from high carbs until I eventually increased my metabolic rate so I didn’t gain weight. I also do the tapering through the day eating less at night.
My goals are 1 to be more active and use food to energize my body to lose weight and 2 to dedicate time every week on Sundays to Journal and set my goals for the week. 🎉
I’ve been using the pomegranate juice with sparkling soda like you did in your last video and it really helps with my soda craving so thank you. Please make a video on how to kick sugar cravings. The cravings is real and I can’t help myself and usually give in. I gained 8lbs recently and I don’t know what to do
My goal for 2024 is to lose 20lbs! I would love to hear more about what to eat throughout the day and when to help. I definitely have an issue with eating the most the second half of the day. :(
I hit my 40’s and my metabolism has changed so much. It seems? I have loved intermittent fasting and it feels nice on my body not to eat until noon. But wondering about the results as you say. New subscriber. Enjoyed your explanation. I’m going to start trying some of these suggestions. I also love Costco, so excited to check a few new items out, although i already buy most of the items you said. Love that you eat clean- so many focus on weight loss but are willing to eat all the “diet” items which aren’t the healthiest. Thanks!
Thanks Katie! In 2024 I want to get into the habit of meal prepping again, to help me with eating healthier. I've got 3 young boys and it's so hard not to eat their food when I'm too tired to make an option for myself.
Love this style of video (esp the outside bit) - thanks Katie! Not loving my peri-menopausal belly. I let things slide too much in the past 2 years, so what you have shared today seems manageable for reclaiming me.
I hear you! I just turned 43 and I have a 3 year old son. It’s really tough working full time & trying to juggle everything. Some days days are great and some feel like a constant struggle from the moment I get up in the morning but I’m grateful to be able bodied, to have a good knowledge base about food & my personal needs, journaling helps a lot too when you’re going through those changes in your 40s. The body just revolts on us! It simply refuses to do what we want sometimes but there are great days when I feel like I’m 24 again!
I really appreciate your comment about eating breakfast in the morning and feeling more hungry during the day. I am also coming from intermittent fasting and have noticed that I am way more hungry during the day when I’m eating breakfast in the morning however, it’s a big however I am not as hungry at night, which has made a big difference on my impulse control.
Newby here, I’m struggling to get back on the weight loss train after taking a 3 week break (it should have only been a 1 week break for a vacation). I have to admit I did roll my eyes at the apple cider vinegar but I got off the lounge and made some, I’m sat here drinking it now. I just subscribed and I have 12 months to lose a shit load of weight before my 50th Birthday - I was already 13 kg down before my holiday, I have put some back on but I’ve been struggling to get back into the mindset. Your way sounds great, the first 13 kg came off with extreme intermittent fasting and I’ve started struggling with my health. I’ve been looking for a safe option! Thank you for posting this video x
Oh my goodness, I needed this video. I knew you could help me. I know from other videos of yours that you have a thyroid issue. I do too. I got it taken care of in September 2022, and I lost 80 lbs in 5 months. I wanted to lose 100 more, but I began a new job and gained back 15. I've felt in a slump ever since, and I'm totally trying all of these things to get myself back on track. THANK YOU! I'm so ready to get the body I know I can have!
Katie, you look the best you have ever looked! And you are glowing! Motherhood looks good on you babe. 😊 it’s not easy losing the baby weight and it can be so easy to make excuses and eat rubbish etc. Well done for staying motivated and sticking it out!
Increasing vegetable intake for 2024! Your protein powders has helped me increase my protein this past year and I just got your water bottle on a giveaway and have been chugging water lately! Thanks katie :)
New here! Hi! My goal for 2024 is to not just lose weight but to be healthier overall and build muscle tone. I've been prioritizing protein and I have a good workout regimen that I've put together with and without weights. I like to see what everyone else is doing to see what I can do to make my own efforts more effective. I did do carnivore for a while this year, but it's costly and hard to maintain when I'm also feeding 4 to 5 kids.
I have been doing IF for several years. So hard to eat in the am as well. My goal is 10 lb weight loss and tone up and be stronger. I might try these tips. Thank you!
My theme this year is 130 by 30. My birthday is Dec.22. Currently 200 lbs. losing baby weight. I was 215 but I want to kick it up. I’m having a huge bday bash and I just want my 30s to start off right, not with me still complaining about being overweight. Even if I’m 150 by 30, I’ll be happier. But 130 is the goal. I’m 5 foot even
My goal is to loose 120lb I just had my 3rd daughter and I’m all done having kids so I’m ready to breathe a little life into myself and love myself again!
I liked this style of video. So my 2024 goal would be creating and maintaining healthy habits. Like you said, getting back to a good routine. I’m looking forward to the Toned Body Challenge next month! Knowing we’ll be using the Hot Body Meal Plan and that first breakfast includes that breakfast sandwich you just demonstrated, what kind of bread do you use and which store/stores sell it? Thank you! 😊💕
For 2024, I want to lose weight naturally BUT more importantly, I want to be able to find a way to eat right throughout the day. I get sooooo busy that meals never happen or its dinner before I eat and yet I’ve drank nothing but coffee or not enough water.
Thanks Katie. Loving your new hair color. Happy Holidays. Love seeing you measure out portions as this is my new goal. I was trying to eyeball it but I need the change.
oh thank you!! feels so fresh! Oh yea, whenever I feel a little off I always go back to measuring for a few days at least to help me reset. I get good at eyeballing, but after a while it's inevitable the portions just get bigger and bigger hah
I have to have major shoulder surgery on Jan 2nd. I’m really trying to eat clean and healthy before surgery. Any chance you could address how to eat after surgery when I won’t be able to workout awhile? I don’t want to gain a bunch of weight during the winter.
I’m brand new here ! Love your channel. I just started my Terzepatide 3 days ago . I’m 57, post menopause, hypothyroidism.. I am on a goal to lose 45 pounds .
What do you suggest if you're not really an egg eater? I don't really care for eggs and the smell of them turn me off...I do however enjoy eating deviled eggs/boiled eggs..I mix the yellow with avocado, some lime juice and of course some pepper and, if I have time, have it with a slice of toasted wheat toast. Any suggestions for a savory breakfast that doesn't contain egg? What about a BLT?l with turkey bacon...?
new subscriber an just ordered the prep rally ❤I am enjoying your channel ,you go girl . I am going through menopause an my old diet an workout doesn't work anymore .its tough .i feel like your channel going to be a motivation .ill be 50 in three half years.my goal is to lose 40 pds an swapping out unhealthy foods to healthy
My goal is to lose weight and stay on track! Start exercising more! Love your videos! I have Hashimoto’s and you have helped me so much! Love your supplements also! Just received them all yesterday and started them and omg! Would love to know more about when to use each one!
oh yay!! I am so happy to hear my videos have helped! For the supplements, I show when I use most of them in my what I eat in a day and routines here, but can definitely share more! Most can be taken anytime really expect Slumber Party because 💤
My goal is to tone. I’m 46 and struggling to tone like I used to in my 30’s. I eat very healthy, lots of veggies and protein everyday, and fruit - but I also have dark chocolate almost everyday 😬 Do I need to cut out the chocolate? How do you handle sweet cravings? Thanks :)
Any healthy diet or weight loss plan includes ACV water these days. I’d like to believe in the health benefits. But when looking up ACV water on WebMD and mayo clinic, etc. none of them preach positive health effects such as lowering blood sugar and helping to detox your body. Every site I’ve looked on states insufficient studies. Before using ACV regularly again, I would like to know where your blood sugar information comes from? The amount of liquid you drink, your exercising routine and your relationship with food are in line with everything I believe in. But I’m unable to find supporting evidence regarding apple cider vinegar. I’m trying to weigh the risk of the potential damage to the enamel on my teeth with the possible benefits I keep hearing about.
Thank you so much for this video! My number 1 goal for 2024 is to lose weight. I thought I was doing pretty good this year with my workouts but wasn’t too good with eating so I didn’t see any results this year but I’m hoping to be better in 2024!
Learning more and fine tuning my intuitive nutrition. Also, I’ve noticed that the last several containers of Miss Congeniality clumps up in my coffee and a whisk in my coffee takes away my Nespresso foam. Did something change because I never noticed this since the last couple months? Getting out for Vitamin D and light activity what do you suggest in the cold climates/winter in other areas of the country?
My goal is to eat healthier this year, get my body moving more, and build more muscle while leaning out. 😅 sounds easy right, first time subscriber too!
Love this video. Just stumbled across you. I am really overweight at all, but as I get older (47) my old habits aren't working for me. Losing my loyalty to beachbodi but still using it. Ha e watched 3 videos so far and loved them. Thank you! So nice to see things made easy without product pushing.
hi! aw it's so nice to meet you and glad you're here! And I really appreciate that - I created my products because I knew I needed them and hopefully they would help you girls too! So I of course will always share them, but definitely no pushing here - it's just what I use - and glad you see that 🫶🏻
What’s your #1 health/fitness goal for 2024???

Loving these practical daily habits for weight loss - so easy to follow and maintain
My goal for 2024 is to get a finalized routine I can stick too. Workouts, self care (I definitely don’t do this enough) and everything in between

My goal is to get back on track with eating healthy and working out again. I got off track after my carpal tunnel surgery
Thanks Katie! In 2024 I want to get into the habit of meal prepping again, to help me with eating healthier. I've got 3 young boys and it's so hard not to eat their food when I'm too tired to make an option for myself.
Meal prep will be the key for you to avoid that temptation for sure. Love that you already have a plan!
Thank you for the tips! My goal for 2024 is rein in my nutrition and kick my sugar addiction.
Love this style of video (esp the outside bit) - thanks Katie!
Not loving my peri-menopausal belly. I let things slide too much in the past 2 years, so what you have shared today seems manageable for reclaiming me.
Thank you for the free tips. I am 42 and feeling my body change! So nice to get some sound doable advice.
I hear you! I just turned 43 and I have a 3 year old son. It’s really tough working full time & trying to juggle everything.
Totally! I remember being so confused at first and it’s totally normal and makes so much sense!
Great video, Katie. My goal is to lose 40 pounds as I just turned 40 in the fall. It’s time for me to focus on my health and wellness.
I LOVE that for you! How are you feeling about your plan to get there?
I lost 30 kg this year and want to tone my body now. After 3 pregnancies in 5 years I need this for myself.
Oh Lauren that is so great to year!! It's all in the little habits and I know you ABSOLUTELY can make it happen!
Katie, you look the best you have ever looked! And you are glowing! Motherhood looks good on you babe. 😊 it’s not easy losing the baby weight and it can be so easy to make excuses and eat rubbish etc. Well done for staying motivated and sticking it out!
🤍🤍🤍
What do you think about drinking ACV before bed? Do you think it matters when you take it?
My goal is to add more fibers in my diet. More veggies, and always eat balanced diet in my meal.
I enjoyed seeing how you implement the habits you’re talking about!

My goal is to be a healthy eater. I started by stopping all pop intake and cutting out chips. So far so good.😊
I typically workout early in the morning. Do you recommend drinking the protein before the workout because I normally drink after.
Thanks :)
Hi Katie! What greens do you drink in the morning?
Thanks so much! I love these practical tips. I’ve been a bit lost on how to start, so recently I’ve been binge watching ur channel. ❤
Thank you so much Katie, love all your tips & vids..😊❤..happy Holidays..🎄🎁🙏
Thank you so much Katie, this video is so helpful and inspirational! 🎉❤
Thank you so much for this video! My number 1 goal for 2024 is to lose weight. I thought I was doing pretty good this year with my workouts but wasn’t too good with eating so I didn’t see any results this year but I’m hoping to be better in 2024!
You will be! xo
My goal is to eat less added sugar items! I'm thinking no more than 10g of added sugar. Plus, focusing on staying on track during the weekends.
My goal is to eat healthier this year, get my body moving more, and build more muscle while leaning out. 😅 sounds easy right, first time subscriber too!
I love that! Not always easy, but definitely doable. Welcome :)
So I of course will always share them, but definitely no pushing here - it's just what I use - and glad you see that 🫶🏻
Thanks so much for the tips! I appreciate your honesty and mentioning more ideas ❤ Definitely need to try them!
New subscriber here and really trying to focus on eating better. Your video is great. Thanks. You keep it simple
