Yep, puffer fish problems over here! I have been on a gut health journey for over a year. Bloating has been a big thing for me.. I feel like I am constantly bloated. I tried the 1 tbsp of ACV and squeezed half a lemon into hot water and mixed in cherry flavor energy powder and I can tell a difference in how I feel after sipping on it for 30 minutes. Trying to pay attention to how my body feels more often. Thanks for the tips! ❤
🐡 I would love to know a few things ? Where do you get the celery juice? Why dose chia seeds when not in a pudding make you bloat?? I’m definitely going to start integrating warm lemon water in my morning routine now 🤩
Bloating sucks and sometimes can be soo soo painful sometimes i cant even breath. Could this also be food reaction? Probably. I usually will need to drink tea with 0 sugar to hellp just calm all my stomach cramping lots of water.

I do medical medium when I'm bloated 😩💫💫 Lemon water, 30 min later fresh celery juice. Hour later a thicc yummy smoothie and snack on apples. Then suddenly I poop 😅

I feel so much better knowing I am not the only liquids person…. My family laughs at me because I have a smoothie, coffee, celery juice, and a Coke Zero (gotta give a little 😂). They say I won’t eat it if it’s not blended or juiced 😅
If that is what you believe, it will always be the case. But, i'll share the hard truth with you, because you deserve to feel good. All of the fruit I used are available at virtually every grocery store these days, if one isn't use the others. Supplements are valuable because of the benefits they provide. It's all about priorities, what do you decide to invest your money in. If there are things that may not be supporting your health, swap them out. I was in the same mindset for awhile, but eating clean/healthy does not need to be expensive.
@LoveSweatFitness I have never seen papaya in a grocery store! Most of the fruits and vegetables where I shop are local, but not all. And if they're not local they're very expensive. I am literally too poor to afford those, star fruit and mango, etc. I can rarely afford avocado. My mindset has nothing to do with it, I have to be able to pay for gas and bills and eat. Or should I buy your supplements and live in my car instead? Be real

If your parents can help, get a food scale. Keep track of your calories. Basically, calories matter. You can also go on a weight loss calculator and put in your height, age, weight, activity level..it will give you how many calories to maintain your weight and how many calories to lose weight. I was bullied too at your age. I'm so sorry. You are loved. My mom helped me to cut my calories to a healthy level and I lost weight. It takes time no matter what plan you do.. it's all about calorie intake. I hope this helps. Message back if you want more guidance. Jesus loves you. Remember, you are beautiful no matter what your weight is. Real beauty comes from within your heart. Philippians 4:13 is a Bible verse I always tell myself. "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." I prayed and ask God to help me and I lost weight. It takes time building healthy habits but if you start small, they lead to good long term habits you can keep for the rest of your life. Remember your WHY. It will help you remember why losing weight/ getting healthy is important. I'll keep you in my prayers too. You can do it. ❤🙏
So sorry that is happening to you, don't listen to anything people like that say. Bullies are insecure about something themselves and take that out on others. The best thing you can do for your body at your age is to find a way to be active, whatever that looks like. Sports, swim, walk, run, etc. It's important to know that there is not "fast" weight loss that is healthy, try to not focus on that. I'd suggest talking to your family so they can support you, both with being active and how you are eating. Food is fuel for our body, we need it to lose weight and get stronger.

Is apple cider and lemon too much acid? I have concerns of making my system too acidic, any validity to that?
In large amounts, sure it can be. I usually mix it with my Wing Woman immunity boost blend and some water to cut it.
Also if this happens do I recommend being home I feel like if I drink all that and go to work I might be running to bathroom all day --
