quick question...I have a Hayward H250 natural gas and the control panel touch pad is not lighting up at all...is this likely a ignition circuit board...I replaced the outside control panel touchpad but no lights still...i am getting power to fuse circuit board and up to transformer

@@HaywardLatAm We’ve had 3 months since the purchase of this heater and we have been trying to figure out why it is not working. We have tried to contact the people in order to come check it out but they only give me advice on what it might be and I always try it but it fails to work. I already tried getting one of your guys to assist me but it’s been 3 months since I’ve been trying to get this dealt with and at this point I just need to find a way to return it or find a way to get a refund. The machine literally does not work.

Hello. They can be used either above ground or in ground depending on the heating requirements you have.
