great video, my book didn't mention the relation between negative/positive acceleration and -ve/+ve deceleration but this video cleared my doubts

Thank you ! I have a question though, when the car is having an negative acceleration, it means that the car is speeding up with the velocity and acceleration in the same way but just in the other side of the reference system ?

Car is slowing down toward right so deceleration should be -ve.car is slowing down towards left so deceleration should be +ve
