When I started 2 years ago in embroidery I was using brother pe-10 software. I have since become a decent digitizer and embroider (IMO) that uses Hatch because of you and your team John. It's a real shame Wilcom didn't extend your contract. Watching all the lessons and everything you did really put me on the right path for our business. Very cool to see a partnership with Tajima. I hope to acquire one of their machines in the future. Everyone I see always have positive things to say about Tajima's. Thanks John and team for all the content.

Completely agree! I found it incredible that they didn't continue with Hatch after so much investment of time and resources! I have been able to learn a lot from your video training! A Tajima machine will be our next investment!!!
You are so right about the support from Hirsch. I purchased a NEOII shortly before it was discontinued back in 2009. I just called support about a month ago and they were just as helpful as when I purchased the machine. I love my machine. It has never had a real breakdown. (I have caused some issues by overstretching the memory or missing a maintenance.) I have never had to adjust the tensions. As long as I do a sew out after changing thread manufacturers (where I may encounter numerous thread breaks), when I embroider the actual item I have no problem at all. It's as if it does its own tension adjustment on the test sew out. I would love to purchase another Tajima machine, but I don't know where I would put it - but I would find a place!!!

Tajima SAI is a workhorse! Works well with all kinds of thread. I've had this machine for 3+ years. I've only adjusted the top tension for wooly thread. I have used, metallic thread, 12, 30, 60 and 75 weight thread and only changed the needle size. Does hats, including 3D foam, and small lettering excellent. I also own the TMEZ. I use both to complete large orders. Love the SAI and the crosshair alignment laser.
