Sherry you may get tired of hearing this but I swear you are just a genius when it comes to making something unique out of thrifted or roadside finds! These were all so unique and special. I look forward to each and every video you post.
I agree. I have an adult bench with very similar end pieces that I love. If I could find a child’s bench like that it would be adorable by my grown up bench.
@@shirleyplummer8286 Ikr, I love that. I try to do that too. Sometimes they come out terrible tho. Lol. I'm still trying tho & this channel helps me a lot.
I admire how you save curb clutter and turn it into "gems." What a creative person you are. My favorite would be the child's bench that you utilized in several different projects. I am obsessed with the suitcase bottom and bench ends. Oh my word, it has my heart. Thanks for sharing your brilliance!❤️
First of all I'm super impressed with your ability to kneel bare kneed on concrete!! My knees ached just watching.🤣 You are super talented and the Suitcase Planter was my favorite, but they were all great.
You have great vision, Sherry. It's lovely to see you reuse and beautify items others have discarded. You are a great inspiration, keep up the great work!
I have NEVER done a renovation or project like you do. I admire you very much. My favorite one today is 15:30. Thanks for another great episode Sherry.
You are so welcome! I’m so glad you liked these curb find makeovers. (I could do this type of video more often if I picked up more things from the curb.)
Felicitation madame vous avez fait de bien belles choses merci de partager votre savoir-faire et expérience c'était un tutoriel vraiment intéressant et magnifique. 👍👍👍😍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I like all of them, Sherry, but my fav is the bookshelf with the arches. It feels like a library in a British Manor House. Thank you for sharing your talents!
Yes I have 2 curbside freebies that I love, an iron headboard in my garden intertwined with grape ivy and a little bench we use to sit & get our shoes on. LOVE the three wonderful pieces you made with the child’s bench!!!
The diys you made from that discarded child's bench makes me want to go on the hunt for one. I loved the wall art and suitcase planter so much! Great job again, Sherry! Thanks for sharing your creativity with us!
I don’t know how you do it! Your imagination is endless! I loved the child’s bench outcome! You’ve even given me a few ideas too. I get so stuck sometimes it drives me crazy. You give me the push I need to accomplish many crafts. With a garage full of wood, tools, hardware, etc. I can now move forward to create one of a kind pieces that hopefully are appreciated by others and bring happiness to them. SIDE NOTE: I’m a sucker for anything wood, can’t get out of GW without at least three pieces. I need a STOP button!! You’re phenomenal!
I really like the lamp! At first I thought the green was too much but the black wax was the right addition. The other piece I really like is the seat slats turned wall hanging with the IOD transfer. I never would have thought to use the rusted brackets on the top and bottom but it was the perfect finishing touch. Your mind is amazing, Sherry!
Hi Sherry! You are so talented. I love those arches on that bookcase. I like the difference in the wood tones. I like everything you made. Enjoyed the video! See ya next time! ❤️💜💚
My goodness Sherry, I have been gone for months. I’ve got lots of your videos to catch up on, but you still got it girl all these projects were awesome. The bookcase oh my goodness such a great job. Can’t wait to catch up and see how you’re doing and what you’ve been up to God bless
Sherry, I love your ingenuity, especially like what you did with the mid century modern lamp, it turned out really nice. I’ve stopped before to pick up stuff at the side of the road. It give you immense satisfaction when you turn in essence someone else’s junk in to something you really like.❤
Oh my! I’ve said it before but you are truly an artist! I absolutely love everything you create and love watching all your videos! You are inspiring and I have learned so much from watching you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and talent with us! Everything is gorgeous!
I love your videos! I have a child’s bench like that. My husband fixed it, painted it, & we are giving it to our granddaughter. But I love the way you used every part of that old one that most people would throw away. Also, I saw that mid-century modern lamp & thought it was going to be the first thing you’ve ever done that I don’t like (also not a fan of that style), but I absolutely love how you changed & improved it. Fantastic video!
All of these projects are worth so much recognition! Giving each piece a new life by reusing other pieces of thrifted finds really brings them to life again. Good for you to see the potential, I need to train my brain to think outside the box, as you so seamlessly seem to be able to do. Each piece is so different and wonderfully unique. I look so forward to each Tuesday video from you and am never disappointed. Thank you so much.
God has truly blessed you with a special gift. That gift is being creative with tremendous talent. Sherry again , you never fail me at what you come up next to create. I would never had thought of doing a fourth of what you just made over. I was amazed at the number of makeovers you did with that child’s bench n I loved each one. Actually I loved it all. If ever you n your husband decide to move to Florida please look me up. I would love to pick your brain n be your friend. You’re the best out there girl !! ♥️♥️♥️♥️😊👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟
Sherry, what you do to the, items you find is amazing. God has certainly blessed you with a very talented brain. Anything you touch always looks 600% better than when you start. Most people just throw their stuff away but you always find a use for everything. I love watching you do you thing with pieces of junk. The green you used on your projects in this video looks great in your home, it suits what you’ve used it on. I love most shades of green but they don’t look good with my house and cos it’s rented I can’t do too much with it. TFS you great talent with all of us, you inspire me so much.
Amazing transformations! I couldn’t tell where you were going with the bookcase. It turned out so nicely! I certainly cannot pick a favorite today! Love everything! Your stash is boundless!
Thank you, Midge! I knew I wanted to make arches, but I wasn’t really sure where I was going with it either. I was just figuring it out as I went along!
Sherry, you're indeed a makeover genius! Hands down, you're one the best on UA-cam. Your transformations are always inventive and spot on! Thank you for sharing your creative genius with us.
*This video contains some really incredible trash to treasure makeovers, Sherry.😊😊😊 My favorite HAS TO BE the small white bench planter for potted plants.🪴🪴🪴 How CLEVER OF YOU to use the bottom half of a RECTANGULAR BLACK SUITCASE, scrap wood and the brackets of a child's bench, unifying the whole look with white paint, and embellishing it with those GORGEOUS IOD RED BLOWSY COTTAGE ROSE stencils to create this STUNNING ADDITION TO YOUR OUTDOOR DECOR and PATIO AMBIENCE⁉️💋🥰* *I chuckled when you said you were "so tired of white furniture" because, for the most part, I never really liked it in the first place‼️😔 I LIKE COLOR and I prefer STAINED WOOD because I love to see the wood grain. Hahahaha. 😆 I really like what you did with the black chair with the cushy blue fabric on the seat and pillow, plus the black and white houndstooth fabric on the back panel. It has a casual elegance about it and a Dark Academia vibe, making it the perfect comfy reading chair in a library or office.💙🖤 I almost expect to find a male professor-like looking man in a cable knit sweater over a button down oxford shirt sitting in the chair reading a good book. 😊*
Again, you took literal trash and turned it into amazing decor. I love each of the pieces you made. I loved them all so much. That last lamp looked amazing in the end. I keep looking at trash and what it can become. It is fun once you start. So much can be spared from landfills. Recycling at its best. I always enjoy seeing how you work your magic on things. Thanks for teaching us so much!
Absolutely staggering! Your ability to transform something worn out and unloved into something mind bogglingly beautiful amazes me! I spend almost the whole length of your videos with my moth agape at the sheer creativity, talent and foresight that you possess! 😮😊😮 xxx
I do admire your "waste not, want not" attitude. That's how I was brought up. I really like all these projects. The chair and bookcase are my faves. I've been looking for a good bookcase for the grandkids room, and I love your treatment. Craft on, my sister!
Love that chair re-do, and I'm impressed you went to the trouble of matching the pattern on the various pieces of that lovely wallpaper on the nightstand. Very pretty result.
LOVE love love!!!!You should take pics of your makeovers and put them inside of the mailbox where you nabbed them, although they may cry because they curbed them.😆😁I can't pick a favorite, because they are all... just FAB!!!! I do LOVE the love the luggage planter!
Your imagination never fails to amaze me. The chippy wood flower application looks amazing and the suitcase chair. My favourite is the cane chair. Chairs are my soft spot. Thank you for another great video.

I am so glad you rescued that precious child's bench, all of it transformed! Gorgeous.
Sherry, tell your husband, "thank you", again for that child's bench. ❤
I agree. I have an adult bench with very similar end pieces that I love. If I could find a child’s bench like that it would be adorable by my grown up bench.
I admire you for not letting anything go to waste.
Oh, thank you, Shirley! (I think some of the most interesting things are made from the “leftovers.”)😊
