Well I’ve never heard of a vehicle being subjected to a spontaneous MOT check here in the UK, so I don’t think that the theoretical threat of having a vehicle that’s already MOT’d being subsequently re-checked for things like missing Cat’s or exhaust-noise breaches is a real one.
Just a point… 3D reference the flat printed characters with a 3d effect using light and dark sections so they ‘look’ 3D. Also the reason you cannot retro fit HID/LED bulbs in incandescent head lamps is there is no self levelling and normally no washer to clean the lens, because with out them, both can cause dazing of on coming motorists

Northern Ireland MOT is carried out by the Government, similar to most countries in Europe, you don’t get a pass, unless you achieve a pass.
