Please more 20 minute or 30 minute workouts! I love that you do the exercises, play music, no talking or counting down! I've been waiting for someone to do this. I need videos to get me motivated and hate gym fitness classes.

Thanks Petra, I absolutely love this workout and the others as well. At first, it seemed simple enough but I actually felt the burn and unlike other workouts, where 5 minutes never seemed to end, with this one, 20 minutes goes by in a flash.
I enjoyed do this although I hate workout especially at gyms. This has helped me to get into it timidly and I must say I am beginning to looking foreword toot. Thank you.

Loved loved loved this 💪🏻👊🏻😀 I want do more weights as I’m 56 and recognise cardio isn’t the only thing I should be doing to keep strong and fit. This was a great sweaty workout and am buzzing. Defo be doing this one again. Are there anymore combination 20 min workouts you do Petra? xx

Why don't you explain how to fo the exercises correctly? This "just follow along" format leads to incorrect form and injuries especially when using weights.
