@parker10551 That is awesome man. Firstly, huge congrats to you. Whatever you're doing, all that effort.. I'm glad to hear it's being rewarded. I'm thinking of getting started with pressure washing, but not sure how it will intertwine with my life. I'm a real estate agent, and that business has been tough for me. I'm new, and my commission splits are pretty aggressive. So even when I do get a lead to close, my payout is not enough to feel like it was worth it. I joined this business knowing this is how it would be at the start, but now that I'm in the middle of it.. it's sucky to be putting all this effort for almost nothing in return. I don't know if I'm just going through a rough spot, or if this is how it will continue to be and I need to pick up work elsewhere (powerwashing?) It's a big decision. Fortunately I have the capital to make a pretty large investment, but like any beginner I don't want to purchase too much and then not have it work out.
